عنوان فارسی تأثیر سرمایه روان‌شناختی برنهادینه شدن انضباط در مراکز آموزش ناجا
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: سرمایه روان‌شناختی مفهومی است که با الهام از روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا و با ترکیب حالت‌های روان‌شناختی مثبت قابل توسعه و سازمان مثبت‌گرا مطرح شده است و انضباط از ارکان اصلی پایداری و تداوم هر حوزه‌ای است و ضرورت انضباط در تمامی جوامع انسانی به‌شدت احساس می‌شود؛ بنابراین این پژوهش درصدد بررسی روابط حاکم بین دو مقوله سرمایه روان‌شناختی و نهادینه شدن انضباط در مراکز آموزش ناجا است. روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر  از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از منظر روش اجرا، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل سربازان آموزشی مرکز آموزش شهید باهنر ناجا استان کرمان در سال 1393بوده و با توجه به نوع پژوهش و تعداد متغیرهای مورد مطالعه، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، تعداد 260 نفر به شیوه تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها در این پژوهش، کتابخانه‌ای و پیمایشی است و ابزار گردآوری در این روش‌ها نیز به ترتیب، فیش‌برداری و پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری بین ابعاد سرمایه روان‌شناختی و نهادینه شدن انضباط وجود داشته و به‌ترتیب مؤلفه‌های امیدواری 685/0، تاب‌آوری 679/0 و خودکارآمدی 671/0 بیش‌ترین رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار و مؤلفه خوش‌بینی 485/0کم‌ترین رابطه معنی‌داری را به‌خود اختصاص داده است .

عنوان انگلیسی The Impact of Psychological Capital on Discipline Internalization in I.R.I Police Training Centers
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objectives: Psychological capital is a concept inspired by positivist psychology and with the combination of positive and expandable psychological states and the positivist organization, and discipline is the main pillar of the sustainability of each field, and the necessity of discipline is felt in all human societies; therefore, this research seeks to study the governing relationships between the two categories of psychological capital and the Internalization of discipline in I.R.I Police Training centers. Methodology: In terms of its objectives, this research is of an applied research type and a descriptive-survey study. The statistical population of this study consisted of the trainee soldiers of Shahid Bahonar Training Center of I.R.I Police in Kerman province in 2014. According to the type of research and number of variables studied, 260 individuals were selected randomly using cluster random sampling method. The method of collecting data in this research is library and survey studies and the tools for collecting these data are note-taking and researcher-made questionnaire, respectively. Findings and results: The results of this study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of the psychological capital and the internalization of discipline. The components of hopefulness (.685), resilience (.679) and self-efficacy (.671) had the most positive and significant relationship, respectively, and the component of optimism (.485) had the least significant relationship.
