عنوان فارسی نقش مشارکت اجتماعی مرزنشینان در اشراف اطلاعاتی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: اشراف اطلاعاتی یکی از عوامل موفقیت سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی است و نقش آن را نباید در امنیت کنترل مرزها نادیده انگاشت. از طرفی در بررسی انجام‌پذیرفته تاکنون تحقیق‌هایی در این راستا به‌ویژه با اشاره به نقش مشارکت اجتماعی مرزنشینان در حوزه توسط محققان انجام نگرفته و تحقیق حاضر از این حیث بدیع و تازه است از بعد دیگر مشارکت نقش مهمی در ایفای اشراف اطلاعاتی داشته و مسلماً نقش مرزنشینان نیز در این حوزه کاملاً ملموس است.
روش‌شناسی: هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر مشارکت اجتماعی مرزنشینان شهر بر اشراف اطلاعاتی بوده و به این سؤال نیز پاسخ می‌دهد آیا مشارکت اجتماعی مرزنشینان شهر بر اشراف اطلاعاتی تأثیر دارد؟ این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، از نوع کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را به تعداد 100 نفر و به‌صورت تمام‌شمار در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌های محقق‌ساخته مشارکت اجتماعی و اشراف اطلاعاتی هریک به تعداد 25 گویه بود. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها با دریافت نظر استادان و پایایی ابزار با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش نیز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و SmartPLS انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: این تحقیق نشان داد که مشارکت اجتماعی و تمام مؤلفه‌های بررسی شده آموزش با ضریب 0.158، تسهیلات اقتصادی با ضریب 0.198، فرهنگ‌سازی و تعاملات باضریب 0.266، امنیت سیاسی با ضریب 0.207، فعالیت رسانه‌ای با ضریب 0.208، بصیرت‌افزایی با ضریب 0.186 و مؤلفه اصلی مشارکت اجتماعی با ضریب 0.327 بر اشراف اطلاعاتی تأثیر مثبت داشته؛ بنابراین فرضیه‌های تحقیق مورد تأیید واقع گردید. براین اساس سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی-امنیتی برای تحقق اشراف اطلاعاتی در حوزه مرزی می‌بایستی با نگرش به مؤلفه‌های قید‌شده و کانون توجه قرار دادن هریک از آنان بتوانند در کنار پیشنهادهای محقق به افزایش مشارکت اجتماعی مرزنشینان که ثمره این مقاله است حصول پیدا کنند.

عنوان انگلیسی The Role of Social Participation of Border Residents in Intelligence Aristocracy
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective:Intelligence Aristocracy is one of the factors of success of intelligence organizations and its role should not be ignored in border control security. On the other hand, in the survey conducted so far, no research has been conducted in this regard, especially with reference to the role of social participation of border residents, and the present research is novel and new in this respect. From another perspective, participation plays an important role in performing intelligence aristocracy, and certainly the role of border residents in this area is also quite tangible.
Methodology: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of social participation of urban border dwellers on information literacy and also answer the question: Does social participation of border dwellers affect intelligence aristocracy? This study was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature, and the statistical population of the present study was considered to be 100 people in total. The data collection tool was researcher-made questionnaires for social participation and intelligence aristocracy, each with 25 items. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by receiving the opinions of professors and the reliability of the tool was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Research data analysis was also performed using SPSS and SmartPLS software.
Findings: This research showed that social participation and all the studied components of education with a coefficient of 0.158, economic facilities with a coefficient of 0.198, culture and interactions with a coefficient of 0.266, political security with a coefficient of 0.207, media activity with a coefficient of 0.208, insight with a coefficient of 0.186 and the main component of social participation with a coefficient of 0.327 had a positive effect on information nobility, so the research hypotheses were confirmed. Accordingly, in order to achieve intelligence aristocracy in the border area, intelligence-security organizations should approach the mentioned components and focus on each of them, in addition to the researcher's suggestions to increase the social participation of border residents, which is the fruit of this article
