آشنایی با الگوهای یک علم یا تخصّص، زمینه لازم را برای عضویت محقّقان آن حوزه در مجامع علمی فراهم می‌نماید و استفاده از این الگوها را در اقدامات تخصّصی میسر می‌سازد. بر این اساس افرادی که با اصول و مبانی آن علم آشنا شده و آنها را به کار بسته‌اند، به ندرت در مباحث مرتبط، دچار اختلاف نظر و تفاوت در اقدامات خواهند شد. بنابراین افرادی که تحقیقاتشان مبتنی بر الگوهای مشترکی می‌باشد بایستی از مقررات و استانداردهای علمی یکسانی نیز تبعیت نمایند. این التزام و اجماع، پیش شرط و لازمه تکوین و استمرار هر تحقیقی در حوزه مرتبط به خود می‌باشد و شامل همه تحقیقات به ویژه تحقیقات جنایی و جرم‌یابی نیز می‌شود. به طورکلی می‌توان اذعان کرد که افراد فعّال در هر حرفه‌ای به یک نقشه راه نیاز دارند تا آنها را در مسیر درست هدایت نماید، کما اینکه رشته جرم‌یابی نیز به عنوان یک دانش پلیسی و یکی از شاخه‌های مطالعاتی علـــوم جنایی(کیفری)، قطعاً دارای اصول و قواعدی بوده که بر آن استقرار داشته، امــّا مسلماً از ابتدا از سبک و اسلوب سازمان یافته ای برخوردار نبوده و متأسفانه در این حوزه در مقایسه با علوم دیگر و با وجود تنوع در فرآیندهای فنی مؤثر در آن، محققان با فقدان اصول و نظریه‌های تئوریک مواجه هستند. اکنون پس از گذشت سالیان متمادی، جرم‌یابی به تازگی از یک نقشه راه برخوردار شده که بدون تردید با رعایت و اجرای اصول آن، کشف علمی جرم به صورتی ساختارمند و محکمه پسند صورت خواهــد گرفت. تحقیق حاضر به دنبال احصاء و تشریح این اصول و قواعد می‌باشد. |

Familiarity with the patterns of a science or specialty provides the necessary ground for the membership of researchers in that field in scientific societies and makes it possible to use these patterns in specialized practices. Accordingly, people who are familiar with the principles and foundations of that science and have applied them, will rarely have disagreements and differences in actions in related topics. Therefore, people whose research is based on common patterns must follow the same scientific rules and standards. This commitment and consensus is a precondition and necessity for the development and continuation of any investigation in its related field and includes all investigations, especially criminal and crime detection investigations. In general, it can be acknowledged that active people in any profession need a roadmap to guide them in the right direction. The field of crime detection, as a police science and one of the branches of study of criminal sciences, certainly has principles and rules on which it is based, but it certainly did not have an organized style from the beginning, and unfortunately in this field compared to other sciences and despite the diversity of effective technical processes in it, researchers face a lack of theoretical principles and theories. Now, after many years, crime detection has recently had a roadmap, which without a doubt, by observing and implementing its principles, the scientific discovery of crime will be done in a structured and court-friendly manner. The present study seeks to enumerate and explain these principles and rules. |
