عنوان فارسی بررسی احساس امنیت در بین شهروندان مناطق مرزی مطالعه موردی: شهر رشت
چکیده فارسی مقاله امنیت لازمه وجود یک اجتماع سالم و یکی از نیازهای اساسی در بین شهروندان به‌ویژه در مناطق مرزی است. سعادت و موتور محرک توسعه‌یافتگی جامعه درگرو حفظ امنیت و داشتن احساس امنیت می‌باشد. برقراری امنیت در مناطق مرزی به دلیل موقعیت حساس و استراتژیکی که دارا می‌باشند نقش انکارناپذیر در ارتقاء توسعه پایدار و امنیت یک کشور ایفا می‌کنند. در این میان یکی از مقوله‌های بسیار حساس و مهم در این مناطق وجود احساس امنیت در بین شهروندان است. ازاین‌رو با توجه به اهمیت موضوع پژوهش حاضر به بررسی احساس امنیت در بین شهروندان شهر مرزی رشت پرداخته است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و به روش تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی است و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به روش اسنادی و میدانی و با ابزار پرسشنامه بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شهروندان بالای 18 سال شهر رشت می‌باشد. که از بین آن‌ها بر اساس فرمول کوکران 383 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش میزان عوامل مؤثر بر احساس امنیت بین شهروندان از شاخص‌های سرمایه اجتماعی، نقش نیروی انتظامی، عملکرد رسانه‌ها، فضای شهری، پایگاه اجتماعی – اقتصادی و عوامل جمعیت شناختی بهره گرفته‌شده است. همچنین میزان احساس امنیت بین شهروندان در رابطه با شاخص‌های امنیت مالی، امنیت جانی، امنیت حیثیتی و آسایش عمومی ارزیابی شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها نرم­افزار spss بهره گرفته‌شده است. یافته‌های حاصل از آزمون ضریب همبستگی نشان می‌دهد که سرمایه اجتماعی با ضریب 876/0 بیشترین تأثیر و نقش نیروی انتظامی با ضریب 543/0 کمترین تأثیر را بر احساس امنیت شهروندان دارد. همچنین نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه­ای نشان داد که امنیت حیثیتی از میانگین فرضی 3 بالاتر و سایر امنیت‌ها در حدود مقدار میانگین فرضی قرار دارند. و طیف نانلی نیز بیانگر آن است که احساس امنیت شهروندان ازنظر امنیت حیثیتی در سطح مطلوب و ازنظر امنیت مالی، امنیت جانی و آسایش عمومی در سطح متوسط قرار دارند.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Sense of Security Among the Citizens of the Border Areas Case Study: Rasht City
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Security is a prerequisite for a well-being community and one of the basic needs among citizens, especially in border areas. Welfare and the driving force of society's development depend on maintaining security and having a sense of security. Establishing security in border areas due to their sensitive and strategic position plays an undeniable role in promoting the sustainable development and security of a country. Meanwhile, one of the most sensitive and important issues in these areas is the sense of security among citizens. Therefore, considering the importance of the subject of the present study, it has examined the sense of security among the citizens of the Rasht border city. This research is of applied type and descriptive-analytical research method and data collection was through documentary and field methods and based on questionnaire. The statistical population of the study is citizens over 18 years old in Rasht. From which, according to Cochran's formula, 383 people were selected as the sample size. In order to measure the effective factors on the sense of security among citizens, such indicators as social capital, the role of law enforcement, media performance, urban space, socio-economic situation and demographic factors have been exerted. Citizens' sense of security was also assessed in relation to the indicators of financial security, life security, dignity security and public comfort. SPSS software was used to analyze the findings. Findings from the correlation coefficient test show that social capital with a coefficient of 0.876 has the greatest impact and the role of law enforcement with a coefficient of 0.543 has the least impact on citizens' sense of security. Also, the results of one-sample t-test showed that prestige security is higher than the hypothetical average of 3 and other securities are around the hypothetical average. And the Nunnally spectrum also indicates that the citizens' sense of security is at the desired level in terms of prestige security and at a moderate level in terms of financial security, life security and public comfort.
