عنوان فارسی نفوذ و ظهور تروریسم و بنیادگرایان مذهبی در مناطق مرزی ایران (مورد مطالعه؛ مناطق مرزی شرق)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: در چهار دهۀ اخیر، قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران از خلیج فارس تا مدیترانه گسترش یافته و همین امر موجبات نگرانی غربی‌ها و برخی کشورهای محافظه­‌کار منطقه‌ای را فراهم آورده است و برای مقابله با این نفوذ، اقدامات گسترده‌ای را علیه ایران طرح‌ریزی و عملیاتی کرده‎‌اند که ظهور و نفوذ بنیادگرایی مذهبی در مناطق مرزی شرق ایران با اهداف تروریستی و تکفیری یکی از این موارد است که به عنوان هدف تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
روش: تحقیق حاضر به صورت پیمایشی و با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده و جامعۀ آماری آن 354 نفر از کارشناسان سیاسی، فرهنگی و امنیتی استان سیستان و بلوچستان است که برابر جدول مورگان، تعداد 178 نفر از آن‌ها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و با ابزار پرسشنامه اطلاعات و داده‌های تحقیق از آن‌ها جمع‌آوری و سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های تی و تحلیل واریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.
یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌های تحقیق، همه متغیرهای عنوان‌ شده در ظهور بنیادگرایان مذهبی و تروریستی در مناطق شرقی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مؤثر بوده که با توجه به نتایج آزمون فریدمن، عوامل ظهور بنیادگرایی مذهبی در مرزهای شرقی به ترتیب عبارت‌اند از: عوامل رسانه‌ای، تفسیر منفی از مذهب، عوامل و بحران­‌های فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی که فاکتورهای خارجی هم به دلیل قدرت نفوذ معنوی ایران در منطقه، سبب به وجود آمدن این جریان­‌های تروریستی در مرزهای شرقی ایران شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نظریه­‌های فرآیند جهانی‌شدن، بحران هویت، بحران نوسازی، رژیم­‌های متحجر و استکبار، هژمونی غرب و نیروهای سنتی، بسترهای آفرینش و شکل‌گیری گروه­‌های بنیادگرای مذهبی قابل تبیین است. از طرفی، بحران‌های اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، مذهبی و رسانه‌ای در خصوص موضوع تأثیرگذار هستند که لازم است در تدوین سیاست‌های راهبردی و اجرایی در مناطق مرزی مورد توجه مقامات مسئول و سیاست‌گذاران کشوری باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Influence and Rise of Terrorism and Religious Fundamentalists in Frontier Areas Iran (Case study: Sistan and Baluchestan province border regions)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, Iran's influence from the Persian Gulf to the Mediterranean has grown, and this is very important for powerful actors, raising the concern of Western powers and some regional countries to develop Iran's influence. Iran's regional and trans-regional influence has planned and implemented a wide range of measures, including the emergence and penetration of religious fundamentalism in the border regions of Iran with terrorist and takfiri goals. The purpose of this article is to examine the internal and external factors and theories in the emergence of religious and terrorist fundamentalists in the eastern regions of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Method: This article is a descriptive-analytic survey with questionnaire. The statistical population of the study consisted of 354 experts, managers and military commanders of Sistan and Baluchestan province, security and judicial institutions and political organizations, selected service providers and educational organizations, which was estimated to be 178 against Morgan table. SPSS software and t-test and regression were used to analyze the data.
Findings: According to the research findings, all of the variables mentioned were influential on the emergence of religious and terrorist fundamentalists in the eastern regions of the Islamic Republic of Iran, but in comparison, media and advertising components had the highest impact on the subject with an average of 2.99% and after that, Religious, social, cultural, political, and economic components have been effective.
Conclusions: Based on the theories of the process of globalization, the crisis of identity, the crisis of modernization, the regimes of arrogance and arrogance, the hegemony of the West and traditional forces, the foundations of creation and the formation of religious fundamentalist groups can be explained. On the other hand, economic, political, cultural, religious and media crises affect the issue that needs to be addressed by the authorities and national policymakers in the formulation of strategic and executive policies in the border areas.
