عنوان فارسی شاخص های اجرای مدیریت راهبردی پلیس در پیشگیری ازبزه دیدگی زنان
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه وهدف: موضوع پیشگیری از وقوع جرم بدنبال ناکار آمدی شیوه های کیفری از سوی دولت ها پذیرفته گردید و ظرفیت های آن بالاخص درگذشته متمرکز بر اقدامات مجرم محور بوده تا بزه دیده محور، که لازمه توجه عمیق به این مسئله در حالی که قربانیان آن زنان باشد مدیریتی برنامه ریزی شده می باشد، بنابراین هدف پژوهش شناسایی شاخص های اجرای مدیریت راهبردی پلیس درپیشگیری ازبزه دیدگی زنان است.

روش شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث ماهیت توصیفی - تحلیلی و از نظر روش کیفی می باشد.جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل نخبگان پلیس، وزارت کشور، اساتید دانشگاه، قضات، سازمان آموزش و پرورش، سازمان بهزیستی، سازمان زندان ها می باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع نظری، 14 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و برای اطمینان از روایی از نظرات اساتید و برای پایایی از روش باز آزمون، مقایسه و تکرار پذیری استفاده شد. داده های جمع آوری شده به روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرم افزاز "مکس کیودا" مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته ها: شاخص های شناسایی شده، درقالـب4 مضمون اصلی و 16مضمون فرعی عبارتنداز: تعیین اهداف واولویت ها، تعیین ساختار و سامانه تخصیص منابع و انتصاب،.

نتیجه گیری: این شاخص ها دراجرای مدیریت راهبردی پلیس می تواند منجر به اثربخشی بیشتر در جهت پیشگیری از بزه دیدگی زنان شود و به نوعی می تواند بر امنیت روانی زنان در جامعه تأثیر گذاری مثبتی ایجاد نماید.

عنوان انگلیسی Executive indicators of strategic police management in preventing women's victimization
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objective: The issue of crime prevention due to the ineffectiveness of penal methods was accepted by the governments and its capacities, especially in the past, were focused on criminal-oriented actions rather than victim-oriented ones, which requires deep attention to this issue while the victims of those are women. It is a planned management, so the purpose of the research is to identify the indicators of the strategic management of the police in preventing the victimization of women.



Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of descriptive-analytical nature and in terms of qualitative method. The statistical community of the research includes police elites, the Ministry of Interior, university professors, judges, education and training organization, welfare organization, and prisons organization. 14 people were selected as a sample using the purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation principle. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and was used to ensure the validity of the professors' opinions and for the reliability of the open test, comparison and repeatability method. The collected data were analyzed by thematic analysis method and using "Max Kqda" software..



Findings: The identified indicators, in the form of 4 main themes and 16 sub-themes, are: determining goals and priorities, determining the structure and system of resource allocation and appointment.

Conclusion: These indicators in the strategic management of the police can lead to greater effectiveness in preventing women from being victimized and can somehow have a positive impact on the psychological security of women in society.
