سبک‌زندگی در فرایند تحقق یک جامعه اسلامی- ایرانی، مقوله‌ای زیربنایی و وظیفه و مأموریت کلیه دستگاه‌های اجرایی و غیراجرایی و نخبگان فرهنگی کشور در مسیر تحقق هفتمین توصیه از توصیه‌های مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله‌العالی) در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی می‌باشد بی تردید برای شناخت بهتر سبک زندگی اسلامی ناگزیر به بررسی سیر تحولات در قبل از انقلاب و بررسی تأثیر شگرف انقلاب اسلامی بر تغییر سبک زندگی بوده تا با شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعفها، پرشتاب‌تر از پیش برای فتح قلّههای اسلامی گام‌های بلندی برداشته شود از این رو پژوهش حاضر با روش کیفی و اسنادی مبتنی بر تحلیل مدارک، اسناد موجود و مصاحبه با 40 نفر از خبرگان با انتخاب روش گلوله برفی، یافته‌های را پس از اعتبارسنجی، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داده است. یافته‌های منتج از تحقیق نشان داد، انقلاب اسلامی تغییرات بنیادینی بر سبک زندگی کارکنان ناجا و خانواده آنان در مقایسه با قبل از انقلاب داشته و دستاوردهایی همچون دینداری و حاکمیت ارزش‌های اسلامی، تحکیم و تقویت نهاد خانواده، قانونمداری و توسعه نظم و انضباط، ارتقاء مشارکت اجتماعی بانوان با حفظ شئون اسلامی، توسعه بهداشت جسمی و روحی، دانش افزایی وتوسعه آموزش و کسب رزق حلال و ارتقای معیشت کارکنان و خانواده آنان را به دنبال داشته است. بی‌تردید ادامه این حرکت پر توان نیازمند الزاماتی همچون آسیب‌شناسی سبک زندگی کارکنان و خانواده آنان، نهادینه سازی ارزش‌ها و تقویت باورهای دینی، اهمیّت به سرمایه‌های انسانی در طراز انقلاب اسلامی، شناسایی و ترویج الگوهای سبک زندگی اسلامی، توسعه فرهنگ خودپایش و نظارت و سیاست‌گذاری و جهت‌گیری مبتنی بر تحکیم خانواده می‌باشد. |

Lifestyle in the process of creating an Islamic-Iranian society is a fundamental topic and is the duty of all of the executive and non-executive organizations and the cultural elites of the country to follow the seventh advice out of the supreme leader’s (Long may he live) pieces of advice in the second phase of the Islamic revolution’s statement. Undoubtedly, to better know the Islamic lifestyle, one inevitably has to investigate the evolutionary trends of the period before the revolution and investigate the significant impact of Islamic revolution on lifestyle modifications in order to take prompt, massive steps in reaching the apex of Islam through detecting the strengths and weaknesses. To this end, the present study explores and analyzes the findings through a qualitative, documentary research method based on the analysis of existing documents and interviews with 40 elites by using snowball sampling after the validation process. The results demonstrated that the Islamic revolution has brought about fundamental changes in the lifestyle of NAJA staff and their family in comparison to the period before the revolution. Moreover, it has led to some achievements such as piety, the domination and rules of Islamic values, building strong ties within family institutions, observance of law, developing order and discipline, enhancing women’s social participation by observing the Islamic codes and principles, improving physical and mental health, expanding knowledge and developing education, earning halal income and improving the livelihood of the staff and their family. Certainly, to continue this powerful movement some factors are necessary such as the pathology of workers and their family’s lifestyle, institutionalization of values and strengthening religious beliefs, attaching significance to human capital in the fashion of Islamic revolution, identifying and promoting Islamic lifestyle patterns, improving the culture of self-monitoring, supervision, policy-making, and orientation based on fortifying family ties. |
