عنوان فارسی طراحی الگوی سبک زندگی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله این مقاله پژوهشی با هدف طراحی سبک زندگی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، انجام گرفته است. سایر اهداف این تحقیق شامل موارد ذیل می باشد:
الف- شناخت ابعاد و مولفه های الگوی سبک زندگی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی
ب- تعیین تعاملات و ارتباطات بین ابعاد و مولفه های الگوی سبک زندگی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی
ج- تعیین عوامل موثر بر سبک زندگی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی با توجه به اینکه برای طراحی و توسعه الگوی سبک زندگی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران.نیازمند مطالعه دقیق سازمان فراجا هستیم. لذا اطلاعات مربوط به این سازمان از طریق مشاهده، مصاحبه و مطالعه اسناد و مدارک جمع آوری گردیده است. با توجه به اهمیت مصاحبه‌ها، برایآنها از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شده و آخرین دست آوردهای موجود در زمینه سبک زندگی کارکنان، در ادبیات پژوهش، به کمک متاسنتز مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. جهت طراحی الگو و شناسایی روابط میان ابعاد الگو از روش الگوسازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق عبارتند از: خبرگان، و کارشناسان فراجا در حوزه سبک زندگی، که تعداد آنها بالغ بر 40 نفر می باشد که. همه اعضای این جامعه دارای مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی ارشد یا دکتری و از اساتید عضو هیات علمی و از فرماندهان و مدیران فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران می باشند. روش نمونه گیری، گلوله برفی است. با توجه به جداول سطح بندی مربوط به ابعاد بُعد اعتقادی با مؤلفه های: پایبندی به ارزش‌ها، انجام تکالیف دینی، نوع نگرش - بُعد اخلاقی با مؤلفه های :اخلاق فردی و اخلاق حرفه ای - بُعد رفتاری با مؤلفه های :ارتباطات میان فردی، ارتباطات سازمانی، رفتار مصرفی، مدیریت بدن، سرمایه سازمانی، قانون مداری می باشند سبک زندگی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به ترتیب تحت تاثیر عوامل عوامل فردی، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل فرهنگی و عوامل سازمانی می باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Designing a Lifestyle Pattern as to the staff of the General Command of the Law Enforcement of the Islamic Republic of Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This research article is carried out with the purpose of designing a lifestyle pattern as to the staff of the General Command of the Law Enforcement of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Other purposes of the study include the following:a. Identifying the dimensions and the factors of the lifestyle pattern of the staff of the General Command of the Law Enforcement Designing and developing a lifestyle pattern as to the staff of the General Command of the Law Enforcement of the Islamic Republic of Iran requires a thoroughgoing study of the FARAJA organization. Hence, the pertinent information of the organization was gleaned through observation, interview, and document study. Given the significance of the interviews, in order to analyze them, content analysis was utilized, and the latest achievements existing in the field of staff lifestyle, in the literature, were analyzed with the help of metastases. To design a pattern and to identify the relations among the dimensions of the pattern, Interpretive structural pattern creation method was used. The sample size consisted of: experts and specialists of FARAJA in the field of lifestyle including 40 individuals who had master’s and PhD degrees and were faculty members and commanders and managers of the General Command of the Law Enforcement of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The sampling method was of snowball sampling type. Given the rating tables related to the dimensions of the lifestyle pattern of the staff of the General Command of the Law Enforcement of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the dimension pertaining to one’s beliefs include the factors of adherence to the values, doing religious duties, and the type of attitude, the moral dimension include individual morality and professional morality, the behavioral dimension include interpersonal communication, organizational communication, consumer behavior, body management, organizational capital, and the rule of law, respectively.
