عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطۀ پروژۀ خط سفید با رفتار ترافیکی کاربران (منطقۀ ۸ شهرداری تهران بزرگ)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: در کشور ما با توجه به افزایش تردد وسایل نقلیه و نامناسب‌بودن طرح هندسی معابر و عدم وجود تسهیلات ایمنی مناسب و کافی و معضلات ناشی از ضعف فرهنگ ترافیکی، تعداد تلفات ناشی از تصادفات به‌طور قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای افزایش‌ یافته است. در همین راستا از سوی شهرداری تهران و با همکاری پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی برای مبارزه با این معضل، پروژه‌ای با عنوان «خط سفید» به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین زبان هدایت در فرهنگ حمل‌ونقل و ترافیک شهروندان تعریف شد و در تعدادی از مناطق تهران به اجرا درآمد. پژوهش حاضر در پی بررسی رابطۀ اجرای پروژۀ خط سفید با رفتار ترافیکی کاربران منطقۀ ۸ تهران می‌باشد.
 روش پژوهش:  این پژوهش با استفاده از روش پیمایشی - توصیفی در سال ۱۳۹۵  انجام‌ گرفته است. گردآوری اطلاعات با کمک تحلیل داده‌های موجود در پرسشنامه‌ای حاوی 26 سؤال بسته بین کارشناسان تصادفات راهنمایی و رانندگی در منطقۀ ۸ تهران صورت گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از طریق
نرم‌افزارهای آماری Excel و SPSS انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: در نتیجه‌گیری پس از تحلیل سؤالات 9 گانه مشخص شد که هوشمندسازی تقاطع‌ها، اجرای خط ایست در تقاطع‌ها و گذرگاه‌های عابر پیاده، هماهنگ‌سازی تابلوها با خطوط و علایم افقی ترافیکی و آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی از طریق رسانه‌های مختلف با اصلاح رفتار کاربران، ارتباط بسیار قوی و بالایی دارد؛ همچنین استانداردسازی خطوط معابر و اصلاح و ایمن‌سازی گذرگاه‌های عابر پیاده با اصلاح رفتار ترافیکی، ارتباط زیادی دارد و سه متغیر ازجمله جانمایی استاندارد ایستگاه‌های حمل‌ونقل عمومی، پیوستگی خطوط عرضی گذرگاه‌های عابر پیاده و آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی از طریق رسانه‌های مختلف، ارتباط ضعیفی با رفتار ترافیکی کاربران دارند.
 نتایج: پروژۀ خط سفید در اکثر متغیرهای به‌کارگرفته‌شده در منطقۀ 8 با رفتار ترافیکی کاربران، رابطۀ معنی‌دار و تأثیرگذاری دارد و اجرای این پروژه به نفع مردم و کاربران منطقه خواهد بود و باعث کاهش تصادفات و روان‌سازی ترافیک خواهد شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigate the relationship between white line project and traffic behavior of users (District 8 of the Great Tehran City Municipality)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and  aim: In our country, the number of casualties caused by accidents has increased considerably due to the increased traffic of vehicles and the inadequacy of the geometric design of roads and the lack of adequate safety facilities and the problems caused by the weakness of the traffic culture. Meanwhile, the municipality of Tehran and the traffic police together to combat this problem, a project called "White Line" was defined as the most important guide language in the culture of transportation and traffic of citizens, and in some areas of Tehran implemented. The present study seeks to investigate the relationship between the implementation of the white line project and the traffic behavior of users in District 8 of the Great Tehran.
 
Method: This research was carried out using a survey-descriptive method in 2016. Data collection was performed by analyzing existing data in a questionnaire containing 26 closed questions among road traffic accident experts in Tehran 8th District. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Excel softwares.
 
Findings: In the conclusion, after analyzing the ninth questions, it was found that intelligent intersections, implementation of stop line at crossings and pedestrian passages, synchronization of signs with lines and horizontal traffic signs, and training and culture through various media have a very strong relationship with behavior modification of users. Also, the standardization of roads lines and modifying and securing pedestrian crossings is associated with the modification of traffic behavior and the three variables, including the standard placement of public transport stations, continuity of transverse lines of pedestrian passages and the training and culture of the various media, have a poor connection with the traffic behavior of users.
 
Conclusion: The white line project has a significant and effective relationship with traffic behavior of users on most traffic variables in area 8. Implementing this project will benefit the people and users of the region and will reduce and lubricat traffic accidents.
