زمینه و هدف: نیرو‌های مسلح به دلیل نقش کلیدی که در تأمین امنیت کشور دارند، همواره در معرض تهدیدهای مختلف امنیتی قرار دارند، مقابله و مبارزه با این قبیل تهدیدها در درون ن.م. به یگان حفاظت اطلاعات واگذار شده است، برخورد حفاظت اطلاعات با تهدیدها دو چهره اصلی پیدا می‌کند. روی اول سکه برخورد واکنشی و نوعاَ قهرآمیز است که در شکل دستگیری و طرد عناصر متخلف صورت می‌گیرید و علاوه بر هزینه‌بر بودن مغایر با فلسفه و رسالت حفاظت اطلاعات است و باید به حداقل ممکن اکتفا شود، روی دیگر سکه انجام اقدام‌های مختلف از جمله هوشیارسازی کارکنان است که علاوه بر کاهش هزینه‌های آشکار و پنهان، سازگاری بیشتری نیز با مبانی اعتقادی و نظر اسلام دارد، حال با توجه به مطلب ذکر شده یکی از چالش‌های اصلی حفاظت اطلاعات ن.م. چگونگی هوشیارسازی مجموعه مورد حفاظت در خصوص تهدیدها و آسیب‌های است که متوجه مجموعه است و از آنجا که ارتباط اصلی حفاظت با مجموعه تحت حفاظت از طریق آگاه‌سازی، اطلاع‌رسانی و هشداردهی است که در تمامی این کانال‌های ارتباطی یک عامل نقش کلیدی دارد و آن هم پیام است در واقع می‌توان گفت عنصر اصلی و حیاتی هوشیارسازی مجموعه تحت حفاظت، پیام است، به همین منظور با توجه به اهمیت عناصر پیام در هوشیارسازی و پیشبرد هدف‌های امنیتی، این تحقیق با هدف «بررسی ساختار و کارکرد پیام بر ارتقای هوشیاری ضداطلاعاتی» انتخاب شده است. روش‌شناسی: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش و اجرا توصیفی- تحلیلی است. ابتدا برای شناخت ساختار و کارکرد پیام و شاخص‌های هوشیاری سازمانی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای انجام و سپس با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی- زمینه‌ای نقش پیام در هوشیاری ضداطلاعاتی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: در این تحقیق کارکردهای عام و خاص پیام به منظور هوشیارسازی دو مرحله‌ای، با ارائه مدل مشخص شده است. |

Background and purpose: The Armed Forces are always exposed to various security threats due to their key role in ensuring the security of the country, Dealing with such threats within the armed forces is entrusted to the security unit. The security unit's response to the threats takes two main forms. One form of it is a reactionary and typically coercive approach in the form of arresting and expelling violating elements, which, in addition to being costly, is contrary to the philosophy and mission of the security unit and should be kept to a minimum, Another form is to take various measures, including raising the awareness of employees, which in addition to reducing the overt and covert costs, is also more compatible with the beliefs and views of Islam. According to the above, one of the main challenges of the Armed Forces Security Unit is how to raise awareness of the protected complex about the threats and damage to the complex and Since the main communication unit of the security unit with the collection is protection through awareness, information and warning, in all these communication channels, a factor plays a key role and that is the message. Therefore, considering the importance of the elements of the message in raising awareness and advancing security goals, the research is conducted with the aim of "examining the structure and function of the message to promote anti-intelligence awareness”. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method and implementation. First, a library study is performed to understand the structure and function of the message and the indicators of organizational awareness and the factors affecting it and Then, with the method of qualitative, inductive-contextual content analysis, the role of the message in counter- intelligence awareness is analyzed. Findings and conclusion: In this research, general and specific functions of the message have been identified in order to raise awareness in two stages by presenting a mode. |
