زمینه و هدف: سازمان حفاظت اطلاعات نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، برای قرار گرفتن در تراز جامعه اسلامی و تحقق و عینیت بخشیدن به هدف‌های، رسالت و وظایف سازمانی، می‌باید از راهبردها و رهنمودهای حکیمانه حضرت امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی) پیروی کرده و بر درون‌مایه رهنمودهای معظم‌له، اشراف تام و تمام یابد. شناخت و پیاده‌سازی منظومه فکری حضرت امام خامنه‌ای در ناجا توسط سازمان حفاظت‌واطلاعات به‌عنوان یکی از بازوان این نیرو، می‌تواند به‌قرار گرفتن این سازمان در تراز جمهوری اسلامی کمک شایانی کند. با درک این مهم، تحقیق باهدف «شناسایی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار در ارتقای سطح هوشیاری و هوشمندی کارکنان ناجا در برابر تهدیدها و آسیب‌های جنگ نرم، مبتنی بر منظومه فکری امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی)» انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش از منظر هدف، تحقیقی کاربردی- توسعه‌ای بوده است. برحسب نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، از روش کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد؛ از دیدگاه فرماندهی معظم کل قوا امام خامنه‌ای(مدظه‌العالی)، دو راه‌کار مهم و بنیادین برای ارتقای سطح هوشیاری و هوشمندی افراد جامعه به‌صورت اعم و کارکنان ناجا به‌صورت اخص در برابر تهدیدها و آسیب‌های جنگ نرم وجود دارد که این دو راه‌کار با عنوان «هوشمندسازی» و «فرهنگ‌سازی» احصاء و صورت‌بندی شد؛ هوشمندسازی ناظر بر شناخت دقیق هدف‌ها، ویژگی‌ها و راهبردهای دشمن در زمینه جنگ نرم توسط کارکنان ناجا بوده و فرهنگ‌سازی به‌عنوان راه‌کاری مهم برای مصون‌سازی کارکنان در مقابله با تهدیدهای جنگ نرم مدنظر قرارگرفته است. بدین‌صورت که در مرحله هوشمندسازی، کارکنان به شناخت کامل و جامع رسیده و در مرحله فرهنگ‌سازی، با نهادینه‌شدن الگوهای حاکم بر فرهنگ دینی نظام اسلامی، توان مقابله با راهبردهای دشمن در حوزه جنگ نرم را به‌خوبی به دست می‌آورند؛ بنابراین در این تحقیق دو مفهوم «هوشمندسازی» و «فرهنگ‌سازی» مکمل و مقوم یکدیگر هستند که به یکدیگر ضریب می‌دهند. |

Background and Purpose: The security organization of the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in order to be at the level of the Islamic society and to achieve and objectify the goals, mission and organizational tasks, must follow the wise strategies and guidelines of Imam Khamenei, the Supreme Leader and find complete nobility in the subject of his instructions. Recognition and implementation of Imam Khamenei's intellectual system in the NAJA by its security organization, as one of the arms of this force can help this organization to be at the level of the Islamic Republic. Understanding this important research was conducted with the aim of "identifying the effective components in improving the level of awareness and intelligence of NAJA personnel against the threats and injuries of soft war based on the intellectual system of Imam Khamenei"
Methodology: The research has been an applied-developmental research in terms of purpose. Depending on the data collection method, the qualitative method is used with the exploratory approach of content analysis.
Findings and conclusion: The findings of the study showed that from the perspective of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Imam Khamenei, there are two important and fundamental strategies for improving the level of awareness and intelligence of the community in general and NAJA personnel in particular against the threats and injuries of soft warThe solution was counted and formulated as "smartening" and "culture building".Intelligence oversees the accurate recognition of enemy targets, characteristics and strategies in the field of soft warfare by NAJA personnel, and culture building is considered as an important strategy to protect personnel against the threats of soft warfare. In this way, in the stage of smartening the employees, they have reached a complete and comprehensive knowledge, and in the stage of creating culture, by institutionalizing the patterns governing the religious culture of the Islamic system, they gain the ability to confront the enemy strategies in the field of soft war.Therefore, in this research, the two concepts of "intelligence" and "culturalization" are complementary to each other, which multiply each other. |
