عنوان فارسی تبیین شیوه‌های ارتقای فرهنگ خودپایی حفاظتی کارکنان فرماندهی مرزبانی استان کردستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: اهمیت و جایگاه فرهنگ خودپایی به منظور حفظ و صیانت کارکنان فرماندهی مرزبانی استان کردستان و در واقع حفظ و صیانت از حکومت اسلامی، از دلایل اصلی و عقلی خودپایی است. مسئله‌ای که ذهن مسئولان سازمانی را درگیر نموده این است که چگونه می‌توان نیروهای سازمان را از هرگونه آسیب در مقابل تهدید‌ها، آسیب‌ها، مسائل و چالش‌های مختلف مصون نگه‌داشت. در این تحقیق، هدف محقق تبیین شیوه‌های ارتقای فرهنگ خودپایی حفاظتی کارکنان فرماندهی مرزبانی استان کردستان است و به منظور ارائه راه‌کارهایی به مسئولان مرزبانی استان انجام گرفته است.
روش‌شناسی: در این تحقیق برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی بهره‌گیری شده و روش پژوهش در این تحقیق شیوه داده‌بنیاد بوده که برای بومی‌سازی و گردآوری داده‌ها، انجام مصاحبه‌های عمیق با خبرگان فرماندهی مرزبانی استان کردستان صورت پذیرفته که خبرگان شامل فرماندهان، کارکنان و... بوده است و انتخاب نمونه مورد مطالعه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی تا رسیدن به اشباع اطلاعاتی انجام شده که در نهایت با بهره‌گیری از روش کدبندی داده‌ها از روش تجزیه و تحلیل تم استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: با استخراج و تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج مصاحبه‌ها، به این نتیجه دست یافته که خودپایی زمانی اثر‌بخش خواهد بود که آحاد کارکنان دلایل اهمیت آن و جایگاه این موضوع را به طور کامل درک نمایند و آموزش‌های سازمانی باید به سمتی برود که اقناع قلبی و درونی برای پرهیز از جرائم در کارکنان وجود داشته باشد و کارکنان به قوانین سازمانی، مسئولان و ارگان‌های نظارتی، اعتماد و اعتقاد راسخ داشته باشند.

عنوان انگلیسی Explaining the Methods of Promoting the Culture of Self-protection among the Border Guards of Kurdistan Province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: The importance and position of self-esteem culture in order to preserve and protect the personnel of the Border Guard Command of Kurdistan province is indispensable. In fact, preservation and protection of the Islamic state, is the main and rational reasons of self-esteem. The issue that addresses the minds of organizational officials is how to protect the organization from any damage to threats, suggestions, issues, and challenges, and despite the use of various tools and procedures, such as monitoring and inspections, etc. Good performance has not been achieved on the part of the staff of the organization, and such work has not had a good effectiveness in preventing the involvement of staff in different sections. In this research, the goal of the researcher is to explain the ways of promoting the culture of self-protection of the border guards of Kurdistan province and to provide solutions to the border authorities of the province.
Methodology: In this research, library and documentary studies were used for data collection. The methodology consisted of using a data base method. For localization and data collection, conducted in-depth interviews with the border guards of Kurdistan province that included experts, commanders, staff and others. The selection of the sample was carried out using a judgment sampling method to obtain information saturation. Finally, data coding method was used to analyze data.
Findings and Conclusion: By extracting and analyzing the results of the interviews, it is concluded that self-efficacy will be effective when staff members fully understand the reasons for its significance and status. And to avoid the crimes in the staff, and employees should take firm confidence in the rules of the organization, authorities and regulatory bodies.
