عنوان فارسی تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر تعالی سازمان‌های امنیتی با تأکید بر رهنمودها و تدابیر فرمانده معظم کل قوا(مدظله‌العالی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: تعالی، مدیریت سازمان از طریق مجموعه‌ای از سیستم‌ها، فرآیندها و واقعیت‌های به هم پیوسته است. سازمان‌های متعالی دارای سیستم مدیریت مؤثری هستند که بر مبنای آن خواسته‌ها و انتظارات کلیه ذی‌نفعان بر آورده می‌شود. با توجه به گستره‌ی مأموریت سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی و نقش آنها برای ایجاد امنیت پایدار که می تواند بر همه‌ی ابعاد سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی تأثیر گذار باشد، این سازمان‌ها خود نیازمند ارتقاء و تعالی بوده و لازم است در همه‌ی عرصه‌ها خود را بروز نمایند.
روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مدیران عالی و راهبردی سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی و کارشناسان مرتبط به تعداد 185 نفر بوده که براساس فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه 125 نفر تعیین گردید. در این پژوهش گردآوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای و پیمایشی با بهره‌گیری از ابزار پرسشنامه از نوع باز بوده است بر همین اساس پرسشنامه پس از انجام بررسی‌های لازم و بر اساس سؤال‌های مندرج در تحقیق احصاء و با استفاده از روش پنج درجه‌ای لیکرت تدوین و بین کارکنان توزیع و استخراج پرسشنامه با توجه به مدل تحلیلی صورت گرفته است.
یافته‌ها و نتایج: با توجه به شاخص‌های مدنظر مقام معظم رهبری در تعالی سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی، مشخص گردید فرمایشات ایشان چون متکی بر دو نکته دینی و علمی بوده و از محتوی آیات و روایات نیز استخراج شده، لذا هم قابلیت مدل‌های نظریه پردازان غربی را دارد و هم شیرازه اصلی آن متناسب با دین اسلام و فرهنگ ایرانی اسلامی می باشد، لذا برابر یافته‌های پژوهش از بین چهارمولفه اصلی مدل مفهومی تعالی، بعد عوامل فردی با 96.5%؛ بعد عوامل علم و فناوری با 91.7% ؛بعد عوامل فرهنگ و رفتار سازمانی با 91.1% و بعد عوامل ساختاری با 90.4% به ترتیب از بیشترین تا کمترین بار عاملی برخوردار بوده‌اند و لازم است مورد توجه مضاعف قرار گیرند

عنوان انگلیسی Explaining the factors affecting the excellence of security organizations by emphasizing the guidelines and measures of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: Excellence is the management of organization through set of interconnected systems, processes, and realities. Transcendent organizations have an effective management system based on which the demands and expectations of all stakeholders are met. Given the scope of the mission of intelligence organizations and their role creating sustainable security that can affect all political, social and economic dimensions, these organizations themselves need to be promoted and excelled and need to update themselves all areas.
Methodology: This research is of applied type and has been done by descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population of the study included top and strategic managers of intelligence organizations and related experts of 185 people. Based on Cochran's formula, the sample size was 125 people. In this study, information was collected by library and survey method using an open-ended questionnaire. Accordingly, the questionnaire was compiled after conducting the necessary studies and based on the questions contained in the statistical research, using a five-point Likert method and distributed among employees. The questionnaire was extracted according to the analytical model. Findings and Results: According the indicators considered by the Supreme Leader in the excellence of intelligence organizations, it was found that his orders are based on both religious and scientific points and are extracted from the content of verses and hadiths, so it has the ability of models of Western theorists. Its main principle is in accordance with the religion of Islam and Iranian Islamic culture, so according to the research findings, among the four main components of the conceptual model excellence, the dimension of individual factors with 96.5%; The factors of science and technology with 91.7%; the factors of culture and organizational behavior with 91.1% and the structural factors with 90.4%, respectively, have had the highest to the lowest factor load and need to be considered twice
