عنوان فارسی نقش آینده پژوهی و تاثیر آن در برنامه ریزی و اثر بخشی سازمان های حفاظتی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: در جهان امروز با فراگیربودن تغییر و تحول در فنّاوری، رویکردهای سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی و به فراخور آن سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی نیز خواه و ناخواه براساس ماهیت اقدام و وظایف محوله، متأثر از این تغییر و تحولات هستند. آینده اساساً قرین به عدم قطعیت است؛ ولی همواره علائم و نشانه‌هایی از اطلاعات و واقعیت‌ها که ریشه در گذشته و حال دارند می‌توانند سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی را به سمت و سوی آینده رهنمون سازد. آینده‌پژوهی با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل منابع، الگوها و عوامل تغییر رفتار یا ثبات از ویژگی‌های مهم سازمان‌های موفق اطلاعاتی بوده که نقش مؤثری در امکان شناسایی رویدادها و روندهای تحول اطلاعاتی آینده و دست‌یابی به تصویر آینده را فراهم می‌کند. این مقاله با هدف تبیین نقش آینده‌پژوهی و تأثیر آن در برنامه‌ریزی‌های اثربخش سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی تدوین و به بررسی این سؤال می‌پردازد که «چه ارتباطی میان آینده‌پژوهی و برنامه‌ریزی در جهت تحقق هدف‌های سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی وجود دارد؟».
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است و برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی زمانی موفق هستند که از طریق شگردها و روش‌های علمی و ایجاد سیاست‌های معطوف به آینده و ترسیم تصویرهای بزرگ آینده، رفتار امروز خود را تقریر کنند و با اقدام‌های هدفمند خود، آینده را طراحی و به آن شکل منسجم ببخشند و به‌واسطه آینده‌پژوهی با پایش تغییر و تحول محیط درونی و بیرونی سازمان و تشخیص هوشمندانه فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای پیش روی و تقویت تفکر راهبردی در مدیران خود، باعث بهبود برنامه‌ریزی مؤثر و جلوگیری از غافل‌گیری و شکست‌های اطلاعاتی در سازمان گردند

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: In today's world, with the pervasiveness of changes and transformations in technology, the approaches of intelligence organizations and in response to those intelligence organizations are affected by these changes and transformations, whether they like it or not, based on the nature of the action and assigned tasks. The future is basically related to uncertainty; However, signs and symptoms of information and facts that are rooted in the past and present can guide intelligence organizations towards the future. Future research using the analysis of sources, patterns and factors of behavior change or stability is one of the important features of successful intelligence organizations, which provides an effective role in the possibility of identifying events and trends of future information evolution and achieving the future image. This article aims to explain the role of future research and its impact on the effective planning of intelligence organizations and examines the question, "What is the relationship between future research and planning in order to achieve the goals of intelligence organizations?"
Methodology: This research is of applied type and document and library method was used to collect information.
Findings and conclusion: The results show that intelligence organizations are successful when they present their current behavior through scientific methods and creating future-oriented policies and drawing big pictures of the future, and design the future with their targeted actions. give a coherent shape and through future research by monitoring the changes and transformations of the internal and external environment of the organization and intelligently recognizing the opportunities and threats ahead and strengthening strategic thinking in their managers, improve effective planning and prevent surprises and intelligence failures in the organization
