عنوان فارسی تأثیر رویکرد اطلاعات‌محوری در رصد قاچاقچیان مواد مخدرِ آلوده کننده بیرونی فراجا
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: رویکرد اطلاعات‌محوری پلیس مزیت‌هایی از قبیل مدیریت منابع، افزایش سرعت و دقت عملیات پلیسی و افزایش اعتماد عمومی نسبت به پلیس و سازمان‌های امنیتی را به ارمغان می‌آورد و این رویکرد در حوزه‌های مختلف به‌ویژه حوزه رصد باندها و جرم‌یابی کارآمد خواهد بود؛ بنابراین هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر رویکرد اطلاعات‌محوری در رصد قاچاقچیان مواد مخدرِ آلوده‌کننده بیرونی فراجاست.
روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش کمی از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و به‌صورت پیمایشی انجام شده است در این پژوهش داده‌ها به‌وسیله ابزار پرسش‌نامه از نوع محقق‌ساخته، گردآوری و جمع‌آوری شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش به‌صورت تمام‌شمار شامل تعداد 60 نفر از مدیران، کارشناسان، صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان فراجا که در زمینه پرونده‌های مبارزه با مواد مخدر به‌ویژه قاچاقچیان مواد مخدر آلوده‌کننده بیرونی فراجا مشغول به کار و صاحب‌نظر هستند، بوده و پرسش‌نامه تنظیم‌شده با طیف پنج رتبه‌ایی لیکرت بین پاسخ‌گویان توزیع و جمع‌آوری و با نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: رویکرد اطلاعات‌محوری پلیس در رصد قاچاقچیان مواد مخدرِ آلوده‌کننده بیرونی فراجا در سه بعد شامل رصد موقعیت مکانی و زمانی در شش گویه، رصد موضوع‌های مرتبط با باندهای مواد مخدر در شش گویه و رصد افراد مرتبط با باندهای مواد مخدر در شش گویه مورد شناسایی و تأثیر آن‌ها بر رصد قاچاقچیان مواد مخدرِ آلوده‌کننده بیرونی فراجا از نظر جامعه آماری تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که تأثیر‌پذیری هر سه بعد، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پیشنهادهایی ارائه گردید.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: the existing security organization in FARAJA, using its intelligence and operational capabilities, must obtain the Objective: The intelligence-oriented approach of the police brings advantages such as resource management, increasing the speed and accuracy of police operations, and increasing public trust in the police and security organizations, and this approach will be efficient in various fields, especially in the field of gang monitoring and crime detection; Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the intelligence-oriented approach in monitoring drug traffickers as an external defiler of FARAJA.
Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of quantitative method, it is descriptive-analytical and survey-based. In this research, the data was collected by means of a researcher-made questionnaire tool. The statistical population of the research includes the total number of 60 managers and experts of FARAJA and SAHEFAFARAJA who work and are experts in the field of fighting drugs, especially drug traffickers as an external defiler of FARAJA, and the questionnaire set up with a 5-point Likert scale was distributed and collected among the respondents and was analyzed with SPSS software.
Findings and conclusions: The police's intelligence-oriented approach in monitoring drug traffickers as an external defiler of FARAJA in three dimensions, including monitoring the location and time in six items, monitoring issues related to drug gangs in six items, and monitoring people related to drug gangs in six items was identified. Also, their effect on the monitoring of drug traffickers as an external defiler of FARAJA from the point of view of the research population was investigated, and the effectiveness of all three dimensions was confirmed and suggestions were presented.
