هدف: دانش به‌عنوان دو مکمل و پیشران توسعه و تعالی جوامع، همواره محور اصلی رشد و توسعه بوده و جامعه اطلاعاتی ایران نیز از این مهم مبرا نبوده و برای رویارویی با شرایط متغیرِ محیط رقابتی موجود، ملزم به مدیریت منابع دانش و فنّاوری خود است و یکی از مهم‌ترین بایسته‌های توفیق در این مسیر، شناخت صحیح هدف و هدف‌گذاری مناسب با بهره جستن از اسناد بالادستی موجود ازجمله بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی است. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر با استناد به سند مذکور و تأکید بر مؤلفه مؤثر هدف، الگوی ارتقای سطح دانش جامعه اطلاعاتی را به روش کیفی و شیوه تحلیل محتوا مورد مداقه قرار داده و علاوه بر یافته‌های کتابخانه‌ای، موارد میدانی به‌دست‌آمده و تحصیل‌شده از دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران حوزه دانش در جامعه اطلاعاتی ج.ا.ایران، باهم تلفیق گردیده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: با شناخت دقیق از هدف مدنظر، مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر این حلقه مفقوده در سه قالب اهداف آرمانی، کلی و نهایی با شاخص‌های اقتباس شده، تعریف و راه را برای ترسیم الگوی مطلوب و کارآمد ارتقای دانش در جامعه اطلاعاتی مستند به تدابیر بیانیه گام دوم (با تأکید بر مؤلفه هدف) هموار نماید. |

Background and purpose: Knowledge, as complements and drivers of the development and excellence of societies, has always been the main axis of growth and development, and Iran's intelligence society is not exempt from this importance, and in order to face the changing conditions of the existing competitive environment, it is required to manage its knowledge and technological resources. One of the most important requirements for success in this direction is the correct understanding of the goal and proper goal setting by using the existing upstream documents, including the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. Methodology: Based on the mentioned document and emphasizing on the effective component of the goal, the model of improving the level of knowledge of the intelligence society has been analyzed using the qualitative method and the method of content analysis. It has been integrated in the intelligence society of Islamic Republic of Iran. Findings and conclusions: With a detailed understanding of the intended goal, the components affecting this missing link are defined in three formats: ideal, general and final goals with adapted indicators and it paves the way for drawing a desireable and efficient model of knowledge promotion in the intelligence society based on the measures of the second step statement (with emphasis on the target component |
