عنوان فارسی امنیت از دیدگاه آیت الله خامنه ای و مبانی فقهی آن
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: یکی از امکان‌های فراهم آمده برای مقام معظم رهبری، درک ظرافت‌ها و ظرفیت‌های مندرج در سخن جاودانه و جهان شمول اسلام است. فرآورده چنین درک و استغراقی با بهره‌گیری از پایگاه نیرومند فقه امامیه، زبانی شفاف و زلال است. از دیگر سوی  امنیت، نیاز فطری بشر و قوام جامعه اسلامی  می باشد که آیت ­الله خامنه ­ای به عنوان یک صاحب­ نظر دینی و رهبر جامعه اسلامی اهتمام ویژه ­ای به استقرار آن در جامعه دارد. گزار­های موردهدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، پرداختن به مبانی فقهی امنیت از دیدگاه ایشان می‌باشد.
روش تحقیق: این مقاله با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع شیوه گردآوری داده­ ها، به­ دنبال تبیین و تخریج مبانی فقهی امنیت از دیدگاه آیت ­الله خامنه­ ای می­ باشد. در محتوای مفاهیم به صورت نظام‌دار توصیف عینی و کیفی و در استخراج مبانی فقهی امنیت، با استناد به ادله فقهی، تحلیل و تخریج محقق شده است. رهیافت انضمامی برای درک و سازمان‌‌دهی اندیشه‌های سیاسی رهبری تمهید شد تا بتوان محتوای گزاره‌ای مشترک در اظهارت  ایشان را تفسیر و فهم نمود.
یافته­ ها و نتیجه ­گیری: از دیدگاه آیت ­الله خامنه ­ای امنیت یکی از بزرگترین نعمت­ های الهی است که نکته اصلی در آن، رهایی از تهدید است. ایشان امنیت را از حیث قلمرو به امنیت و تهدید داخلی و خارجی و انواع تهدید داخلی در  ناامنی­ های اقتصادی، وجود مفاسد اقتصادی و تهدید امنیت اجتماعی و نیز تهدید خارجی را در تحریم و تهدید نظامی منقسم نموده ­اند. مبانی فقهی دیدگاه ایشان در مبحث امنیت متکی برآیات، روایات و قواعدعقلی از جمله وجوب حفظ نظام وحرمت اخلال درآن، قاعده حفظ مصلحت نظام، نفی سبیل، عدالت، تعاون بر برّ و تقوی و لاضرر  می ­باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and aim: One of the possibilities available to the Supreme Leader is to understand the delicacies and capacities included in the eternal and universal speech of Islam. The product of such perception using the strong base of Emamiyeh jurisprudence is a transparent and influential language. On the other hand, security is a natural need of human beings and essential for the stability of Islamic society. Ayatollah Khamenei, as a religious expert and leader of the Islamic society, has a special interest in the establishment of security in the society. The present research is mainly aimed at dealing with the jurisprudential foundations of security from the Supreme Leader’s point of view.
Methods: Using a descriptive-analytical approach for collecting data, the present article aims to explain and analyze the jurisprudential foundations of security from Ayatollah Khamenei's point of view. In the content of the concepts within an objective and qualitative descriptive system, and in the extraction of the jurisprudential foundations of security, it has been analyzed and evaluated based on jurisprudential evidence. A concrete approach was devised to understand and organize the Supreme Leader’s political thoughts in order to be able to interpret and understand the content of common propositions in his statements.
 Findings and conclusions: From Ayatollah Khamenei's point of view, security is one of the greatest God blessings, the main point of which is being free of threats. The Supreme Leader, in terms of realms, has divided security into security and internal and external threats and various types of internal threats in economic insecurities, economic corruptions and threats to social security, as well as external threats in sanctions and military threats. The jurisprudential foundations of his point of view on security are based on verses of holy Quran, narrations and rational rules, including the obligation to preserve the administration system and considering disruptions as prohibited, rule of preserving the expediency of the system, not allowing non-Muslims dominate Muslims, justice, cooperation on merit, piety and harmlessness.
