عنوان فارسی شناسایی عوامل مدیریتی مؤثر بر ارتقاء مهارت تیراندازی ثابت کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: ریشه بسیاری از مشکلات حوزه آموزش تیراندازی نگاه مسئولین و مدیران به این موضوع و عدم استفاده از روش‌های علمی است، بنابراین هدف از مطالعه حاضر شناسایی عوامل مدیریتی مؤثر بر ارتقای مهارت تیراندازی ثابت کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌باشد. روش: پژوهش کیفی حاضر، پژوهشی کاربردی است که به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکت‌کننده که تعداد آن‌ها نیز بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری کنترل شد، شامل 17 نفر از مدیران، اساتید، خبرگان، قهرمانان و صاحب‌نظران مرتبط با آموزش تیراندازی در سطح فرماندهی انتظامی بودند که به‌صورت قضاوتی هدفمند انتخاب و با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته، اطلاعات مورد نیاز از آن‌ها گردآوری شد. همچنین در این پژوهش از نرم‌افزار «مکس کیودا» برای تحلیل و کدگذاری داده‌های متنی استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌ها: با توجه به اهداف پژوهش، تعداد 153 کد در قالب 139 مضمون پایه استخراج شد و سپس مضامین دارای مفاهیم یکسان در یکدیگر ادغام‌ و 6 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده (برنامه‌ریزی؛ سازماندهی؛ بسیج منابع و امکانات؛ نظارت و بازرسی؛ توسعه تعاملات و ارتقای انگیزه دست‌اندرکاران تیراندازی) در قالب 1 مضمون فراگیر با عنوان عوامل مدیریتی مؤثر بر ارتقای مهارت تیراندازی ثابت کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران شکل گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: مدیریت آموزش تیراندازی به اهداف ثابت، فرایندی پویاست که با در نظر گرفتن ظرفیت‌های سازمان انتظامی کشور قابلیت پیاده‌سازی در برنامه‌های کوتاه و میان‌مدت را دارد، از همین رو توجه به مضامین شناسایی‌شده در این مطالعه و تلاش برای پیاده سازی آنها می‌تواند منشاء تحولات موثری در مدیریت آموزش و ارتقاء سطح تیراندازی به اهداف ثابت باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Identifying the management factors that are effective in improving the fixed shooting skills of the employees of the police command of the Islamic Republic of Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: The root of many problems in the field of shooting training is the view of officials and managers on this issue and the lack of use of scientific methods, so the purpose of this study is to identify the management factors that are effective in improving the steady shooting skills of employees of the police command of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Method: The current qualitative research is an applied research that was conducted using thematic analysis method. The participants, whose number was also controlled based on the principle of theoretical saturation, included 17 managers, professors, experts, heroes and experts related to shooting training at the level of the police command, who were selected based on a purposeful judgment and using a semi-structured interview tool, information The necessary items were collected from them. Also, in this research, "Max Kyuda" software was used to analyze and code the textual data, in order to check the validity of the tool used, two review methods were used by the participants and non-participating experts in the research. Findings: According to the objectives of the research, 153 codes were extracted in the form of 139 basic themes, and then themes with the same concepts were integrated and 6 organizing themes (planning, organizing, mobilizing resources and facilities, monitoring and inspection, developing interactions and promoting The motivation of those involved in shooting) was formed in the form of 1 overarching theme with the title of management factors effective in improving the steady shooting skills of employees of the police command of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Conclusion: The management of fixed target shooting training is a dynamic process that can be implemented in short and medium-term programs, taking into account the capacities of the country's law enforcement organization, therefore paying attention to the themes identified in this study and trying to implement them, can be the source of effective changes. Be consistent in the management of shooting training.
