عنوان فارسی بررسی وضعیت ابعاد مدیریت پیشگیری از جرائم دریایی در مرزهای آبی جنوب ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله جرائم دریایی در مرزهای جنوبی کشور هرساله خسارت‌ها و هزینه‌های بسیاری را بر جامعه ما تحمیل می‌کند. مدیریت پیشگیری را می‌توان یکی از راهبردهای اساسی جهت مقابله با این جرائم دانست. لذا هدف این پژوهش بررسی وضع موجود و مطلوب ابعاد مدیریت پیشگیری از جرائم دریایی در مرزهای جنوب ایران هست. پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت داده‌ها کمی-کیفی و ازنظر نوع تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل فرماندهان و جانشینان استان و پایگاه‌های دریابانی، ناوگروه‌های شناوری، پاسگاه‌های مرزی دریایی در حال خدمت در استان‌های هرمزگان، سیستان و بلوچستان، بوشهر و خوزستان می‌باشند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از روش کلاین استفاده‌شده که نمونه مناسب برای این جامعه آماری برابر با 364 نفر است. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت سهمیه‌ای و استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که روایی آن با نظر متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و پایایی پرسشنامه تحقیق از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 95/0 محاسبه‌شده است. یافته­های پژوهش نشان می­دهد که میانگین کل وضعیت موجود مدیریت پیشگیری از جرائم دریایی برابر 35/2 می‌باشد و میانگین بعد محیط 42/2 بعد رفتار 40/2 و بعد ساختار 22/2 می‌باشد. در بررسی شکاف وضع مطلوب و وضع موجود تفاوت دو میانگین برابر 13/2- است که در سطح 99 درصد معنی‌دار است. به عبارتی میانگین وضع مطلوب بالاتر از وضع موجود است. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش به‌منظور مدیریت پیشگیری از جرائم دریایی می‌بایست بر بعد ساختار به دلیل شکاف بیشتر تأکید شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Status of the Dimensions of Marine Crime Prevention Management in the Southern Iranian Borders
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Marine crimes on the southern borders of the country impose damage and costs on our community every year. Prevention management can be considered as one of the basic strategies for dealing with these crimes. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the status quo and the dimensions of marine crime prevention management on the borders of southern Iran. In terms of its objectives, this study is of an applied research type and in terms of the nature of the data it is considered as a quantitative-qualitative study, and in terms of its type it is a descriptive-analytic research. The statistical population of the research, including commanders and successors of provinces and maritime bases, flotation battleship groups, border offenders serving in Hormozgan, Sistan and Baluchestan provinces, Bushehr and Khuzestan. To determine the sample size, the Klein method was used and it showed that the appropriate sample for this statistical population was 364 people. The sampling method was proportional. A researcher-made questionnaire was employed. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by experts and elites and the reliability of the research questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha (0.95). The findings of the research show that the total mean of the current status of the marine crime prevention management is 2.35, and the mean of environment dimension is 2.42, the behavior dimension is 2.40, and then the structure dimension is 2.22. In the examination of the desired gap and the status quo, the difference between the two means is 1.3%, which is significant at 99% level. In other words, the mean of the desired situation is higher than the status quo. According to the research findings, in order to manage the prevention of marine crimes, due to more gaps the dimension of the structure should be emphasized.
