عنوان فارسی تأثیر فعالیت های شورای معتمدان پلیس در پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر (مورد مطالعه: شهر قزوین)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: باتوجه به گسترش رویکردهای مشارکت‌محوری در رفع عوامل آسیب‌زای محلی، شورای معتمدان پلیس از سال 1393 برابر دستورالعمل معاونت اجتماعی ناجا فعال شد؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر فعالیت‌های شورای معتمدان پلیس در پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر در قزوین انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی – تحلیلی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل: 1. فرماندهان و مدیران لایه یک شهرستان و استان، کلانتری‌های سطح شهر قزوین و مسئولان استان و شهرستان قزوین بالغ بر 54 نفر و 2. شهروندان قزوینی به تعداد 673000 نفر»، حجم نمونه جامعه اول به‌صورت تمام‌شمار و جامعه دوم، براساس رابطه کوکران، 384 نفر به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، دو پرسش­نامه محقق‌ساخته «فعالیت‌های شورای معتمدان» و «پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر» است. برای بررسی روایی ابزار از روایی صوری و پایایی با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و مقدار 87/0 به‌دست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش در بخش توصیفی از آماره‌های فراوانی، میانگین و نسبت و در بخش استنباطی از آزمون‌های آماری کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و رگرسیون ساده و چندگانه استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، ارتباط معناداری بین متغیر مستقل فعالیت­های معتمدان محلی و متغیر پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر در شهر قزوین وجود دارد و به صورت معناداری با افزایش فعالیت­های شورای معتمدان، توزیع مواد مخدر کاهش پیدا می­کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، با افزایش یک واحد بر فعالیت­های معتمدان محلی، پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر در شهر قزوین به میزان 828/0 واحد افزایش می­یابد، بنابراین اهتمام و حمایت بیشتر از فعالیت‌های شورای معتمدان پلیس، پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر در سطح شهر قزوین را تقویت خواهد کرد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Impact of the Activities of the Police Trustees Council on the Prevention of Drug Distribution (Case Study: Qazvin City)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objective: Due to the expansion of participatory approaches in eliminating local harmful factors, the Council of Police Trustees was activated in 2014 according to the instructions of the I. R. I. Police Social Deputy. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the impact of the activities of the Council of Police Trustees in preventing the distribution of drugs in Qazvin.
Methods: In terms of its objectives the present study is of an applied research type and in terms of method it is descriptive-analytical which was conducted by survey method. The statistical population includes: 1) Commanders and managers of layer one of the city and province, police stations in Qazvin city and officials of Qazvin province and city up to 54 individuals, and 2) Citizens of Qazvin with 673,000 individuals. The sample size of the first statistical population was all of the members, and the second statistical population was based on the Cochran's formula. 384 individuals were selected by stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools are two researcher-made questionnaires: "Activities of the Council of Trustees" and "Prevention of drug distribution". To evaluate the validity of the instrument, face validity and reliability were calculated by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the value was 0.87. For analyzing the research data in the descriptive part, frequency, mean and ratio statistics were used and in the inferential part, Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical tests and simple and multiple regression were employed.
Findings: According to the research findings, there is a significant relationship between the independent variable of activities of local trustees and the variable of prevention of drug distribution in Qazvin. By increasing the activities of the Council of Trustees, drug distribution significantly decreases.
Results: According to the research findings, with an increase of one unit on the activities of local trustees, the prevention of drug distribution in Qazvin increases by 0.828 units, so more attention and support for the activities of the Police Trustees Council, will strengthen the prevention of drug distribution in Qazvin city.
