تاثیر طرح امنیت اخلاقی نیروی انتظامی بر سالم سازی اجتماعی سواحل دریای مازندران از دیدگاه گردشگران |

زمینه و هدف: نیروی انتظامی به‌عنوان متولی برقراری امنیت داخلی و پیشگیری از جرائم، خود را به این مسئله متعهّد می‌داند و در راستای اجرایی نمودن آن، طرح امنیت اخلاقی را در سواحل دریای مازندران اجرا می‌کند تا رعایت عفاف و حجاب و شئون اسلامی را در این مناطق بیش‌ازپیش ترویج نماید و از شنای مختلط و خارج از ضوابط نیز جلوگیری نماید. مقاله پیش رو در پی آن است که بررسی نماید طرح امنیت اخلاقی معروف به «طرح دریا» تا چه میزان از نظر کارکنان نیروی انتظامی مؤثر بوده و چه میزان توانسته است اهداف موردنظر را برآورده سازد.
روش تحقیق: در این مقاله از روش توصیفی اسنادی و پیمایشی استفاده شده است و با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات اقدام و نرم‌افزار spssبرای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان نیروی انتظامی به‌کارگیری‌شده در اجرای این طرح است که از آن میان آنان 192 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند.
یافته‌ها و نتایج: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون فریدمن، بنا بر نظر پرسش‌شوندگان از پنج مؤلفه استفاده‌شده در تحقیق حاضر (امنیت عمومی بومیان و گردشگران، مقابله با هنجارشکنی‌های اجتماعی بومیان و گردشگران، استفاده همگانی بومیان و گردشگران از سواحل و تفرجگاه‌ها، مسئول‌سازی و همگانی نمودن امنیت اخلاقی و تحقق مطالبات عمومی بومیان و گردشگران درزمینه امنیت اخلاقی)، امنیت عمومی بومیان و گردشگران و همچنین مقابله با هنجارشکنی‌های اجتماعی، در اولویت اول و دوم قرار دارند. پس آنچه از نظر پاسخگویان (همکاران) در سالم‌سازی سواحل دریای خزر خیلی مهم و تأثیرگذار است، امنیت عمومی بومیان و گردشگران است. |

The Impact of Implementing the Moral Security Plan (See Plan) of the Police Force in Organizing Social-Islamic Order in Caspian Sea Coasts (Case Study: Noor, Mahmoudabad and Babolsar Cities) |

Background and objectives: The police force, as the custodian of internal security and crime prevention, is committed to this issue and in order to implement it, implements a moral security plan on the shores of the Caspian Sea to further promote chastity and Islamic modesty in these areas and prevent mixed swimming outside the rules. The present article seeks to examine the extent to which the Moral Security Plan, known as the "Sea Plan", has been effective in the eyes of law enforcement personnel and to what extent it has been able to meet its objectives.
Methodology: In this article, descriptive documentary and survey method has been used and the data has been collected using a questionnaire and SPSS software has been used to analyze the data. The statistical population includes law enforcement personnel employed in the implementation of this project, from which 192 individuals have been selected as a sample.
Findings and results: According to the results obtained from the Friedman test, according to the respondents, the five components used in the present study (public safety of natives and tourists, confrontation with social norms breaking of natives and tourists, public use of natives and tourists from beaches and resorts, responsibility-making and publicizing moral security and the realization of the general demands of the natives and tourists in the field of moral security), the general security of the natives and the tourists, as well as confronting social norms, are in the first and second priority. Therefore, what is very important and effective in the opinion of the respondents (colleagues) in the sanitation of the Caspian Sea coast is the general security of the natives and tourists.
