چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: با نگاهی به تحولات فرهنگی عصر کنونی که دشمنان این مرز و بوم با شبیخون فرهنگی درصدد هستند تا ارزش­های معنوی را به صورت‌های مختلف در افکار کارکنان پلیس کمرنگ کنند و در آنها یک حالت بی­تفاوتی نسبت به اهداف و آرمان­های نظام مقدس ج.ا.ا ایجاد نمایند، نیاز است بررسی عمیقی از نگرش و افکار کارکنان پلیس به‌ویژه افرادی که در کلاس‌های قرآنی شرکت نموده­اند صورت پذیرد تا مشخص شود آیا این نوع آموزش­ها تأثیر تربیتی بر روی کارکنان داشته است یا نه؟ ازاین‌رو، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی و شناسایی پیامدهای تربیتی کلاس‌های ترجمه و درک مفاهیم قرآن کریم بر اساس تجربه زیسته افراد شرکت‌کننده بوده است.
روش‌: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی است. بدین‌منظور، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته عمیق با 17 شرکت­کننده با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند ملاک‌محور که ملاک آن نیز شرکت کامل در کلاس­ها بود، انجام گرفت. برای تعیین روایی ابزار از نظرات اساتید متخصص و صاحب‌نظران برنامه درسی و علوم تربیتی استفاده شد. طی مصاحبه‌ها شرکت‌کنندگان تجربیات خویش در مورد کلاس­ها را بیان نمودند که با استفاده  از روش تحلیل موضوعی داده‌های 7 مرحله‌ای کلایزی (1987) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته: چند مفهوم اصلی که تمامی مشارکت‌کنندگان در هنگام مصاحبه در خصوص تأثیر تربیتی کلاس‌های قرآنی به آن اشاره داشته‌اند، عبارت‌اند: تقویت رابطه انسان با خودش و خداوند (اخلاق فردی)، ایجاد شیوه‌ و سبک مشخص و قابل‌مشاهده از روند زندگی (انسانیت)، خود را شناختن و تفکر درباره خود (خودشناسی)، توانایی کار کردن اثربخش با دیگران (اخلاق اجتماعی)، ایجاد معنویت بیشتر در فضای خانواده (اخلاق خانوادگی)، احساس خوب و مطلوب‌تر نسبت به شغل (اخلاق سازمانی) است.
نتایج: بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق، می‌توان گفت که برگزاری کلاس‌های مفاهیم قرآن کریم می‌تواند زمینه‌های مناسبی را از سوی مربیان فراهم ‌آورد که کارکنان بتوانند با بهره‌گیری از محتوای آن، به مراتبی از حیات طیبه دست یابند. البته حرکت درست در این مسیر نیازمند برطرف کردن موانع موجود است، به نظر می‌رسد که توجه به پیشنهادهای مطرح‌شده از سوی کارکنان، می‌تواند موجبات ارتقای کیفی و کمّی در این زمینه را فراهم آورد.

عنوان انگلیسی Educational Consequences of Translation and Comprehension Classes of the Holy Quran (Case Study: I.R.I. Police Special Unit Staff)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objectives: Looking at the cultural developments of the current era in which the enemies of this country, using cultural ambush, are trying to diminish the spiritual values ​ in the thoughts of police officers in various ways and create an indifferent state to the goals and ideals of the holy system of the Islamic Republic, there is a need for an in-depth study of the attitudes and thoughts of police officers, especially those who have attended Quranic classes, to determine whether this type of training has had a training effect on staff or not. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate and identify the educational consequences of translation classes and comprehending the concepts of the Holy Quran based on the lived experience of the participants.
Methodology: The present study is a qualitative research. For this purpose, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 17 participants using criterion-based purposive sampling method, which was also based on full participation in classes. To determine the validity of the instrument, the opinions of expert professors and experts in the curriculum and educational sciences were used. During the interviews, the participants shared their experiences about the classes, which were analyzed using the thematic analysis method of the 7-step data of Klaizi (1987).
Findings: Some of the main concepts that all participants mentioned during the interview about the educational impact of Quranic classes are: strengthening man's relationship with himself and God (individual morality), creating a clear and observable way of life (humanity), self-scrutiny and thinking about oneself (self-scrutiny), the ability to work effectively with others (social ethics), creating more spirituality in the family environment (family ethics), feeling good and more desirable about the job (organizational ethics).
Results: Based on the research findings, it can be said that holding classes on the concepts of the Holy Quran can provide suitable grounds for educators so that employees can use its content to achieve a degree of good life. Of course, the right move in this direction requires the removal of existing barriers, it seems that paying attention to the suggestions made by employees, can lead to qualitative and quantitative improvements in this area.
