چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و‌ هدف: سازمان ها برای رسیدن به قله های تعالی باید نیروی انسانی متعالی و سرآمدی در اختیار داشته باشند از روی یکی از مسائلی که در هر سازمانی باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد تربیت و تعالی کارکنان آن سازمان است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف آگاهی از اثربخشی دوره سراسری تربیت و تعالی خانوادگی کارکنان ناجا انجام شده است.
روش:پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی از نظر روش، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه فرماندهان و مدیران، کارکنان شرکت‌کننده در دوره و همکاران ایشان در سراسر کشور بودند که حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای 2811 نفر محاسبه شد. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته 17سؤالی پس از تعیین ضرایب روایی و پایایی ویژه فرماندهان و مدیران، همکاران و کارکنان شرکت‌کننده استفاده شد. همچنین به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای و زوجی، تحلیل واریانس و برای رتبه‌بندی مؤلفه‌های تحقیق از آزمون فریدمن بهره‌برداری شده است.
یافته‌ها و نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در بررسی تحقق اهداف نه‌گانه تحقیق (استمرار و پایبندی، حُسن خلق خانوادگی، حُسن خلق سازمانی، ارتقای برخورد حکیمانه، تقویت نگاه مسئولانه، فرهنگ‌سازی سبک زندگی اسلامی- ایرانی در بین کارکنان، رضایتمندی از اساتید، رضایتمندی از محتوا و تأثیر مکان برگزاری بر افزایش معنویت کارکنان) از منظر سه گروه فرماندهان و مدیران، همکاران و کارکنان شرکت‌کننده، دوره سراسری تربیت و تعالی با اطمینان 95 درصد از اثربخشی بالایی برخوردار بوده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Measuring the Effectiveness of the Nationwide Family Education and Excellence Course for I. R. I. Police Staff Members
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objectives: In order to reach the peaks of excellence, organizations must have a superior and outstanding manpower. One of the issues that must be considered in any organization is the education and excellence of its employees. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of the nationwide family education and excellence of I. R. I. Police Staff members.
Methodology: In terms of its objectives the present study is of an applied research type and in terms of methodology it is considered as a descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study included all commanders and managers, staff members participating in the course and their colleagues across the country. The sample size was calculated as 2811 individuals using Morgan table and stratified random sampling method. In order to collect data, three 17-item researcher-made questionnaires were employed. The validity and reliability coefficients of the questionnaires specific to commanders, managers, colleagues and employees were also obtained. In order to analyze the data, one-way and paired t-test, analysis of variance and Friedman test were used to rank the research components.
Findings and results: The results show that in the study of the realization of the nine objectives of the research (continuity and commitment, family well-being, organizational well-being, promotion of wise attitude, strengthening a responsible look, cultivating an Islamic-Iranian lifestyle among employees, satisfaction with professors, satisfaction with content, and the effect of venue on increasing staff members' spirituality) from the perspective of the three groups of commanders and managers, colleagues and participating employees, the nationwide education and excellence course has been highly effective with 95% confidence.
