عنوان فارسی مطالعه اثربخشی طرح جهادی تبلیغ و آسیب شناسی آن (پیمایش کارکنان یگان ویژه ناجا)
چکیده فارسی مقاله  زمینه و هدف: سازمان عقیدتی- سیاسی ناجا جهت رشد و اعتلای امور دینی و فرهنگی در ناجا، اقدام به اجرای طرح‌هایی در پلیس‌های تخصصی نموده است. طرح جهادی تبلیغ یکی از این طرح‌ها است که با هدف برقراری ارتباط صمیمی و دوستانه بین ساعس ناجا و کارکنان پلیس یگان ویژه ناجا در اسفندماه سال 1399 انجام شد. آسیب‌شناسی این طرح، مجریان را در اجرا و اصلاح برنامه‌ها و طرح‌های مشابه یاری می‌دهد. ازاین‌رو مقاله حاضر به‌دنبال آسیب‌شناسی اثربخشی طرح جهادی تبلیغ و مشاوره  روحانیان در مراحل تدوین و اجرا است.
 روش: در این تحقیق از روش ترکیبی (کمی و کیفی) بهره برده شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق در بخش کیفی شامل برنامه‌ریزان طرح جهادی تبلیغ سازمان ساعس و برخی از کارکنان یگان ویژه با حجم نمونه 20 نفر بود. حجم نمونه آماری در بخش کمّی شامل 400 نفر از کارکنان یگان ویژه ناجا بود. شیوه نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی هدفمند و در بخش کمّی، طبقه‌ای- تصادفی بوده است.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که مهم‌ترین آسیب‌های این طرح شامل اهداف پراکنده، عدم ترسیم چشم‌انداز دقیق، فقدان مدیریت واحد، پایین بودن سطح دانش  روحانیان، فقدان مکان مناسب برای شخص روحانی هنگام ارائه مشاوره است. همچنین اثرگذاری طرح در حوزه مسائل دینی- اعتقادی و خانوادگی بیش ‌از حد متوسط و اثرگذاری این طرح در حوزه مسائل مالی، سیاسی و شغلی کمتر از حد متوسط بوده است.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effectiveness of the Jihadi Propaganda Plan and Its Pathology (The Study of the Staff Members of the I. R. I. Specialized Police)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objectives: In order to develop and promote religious and cultural affairs in I. R. I. Police, the ideological-political organization of I. R. I. Police has implemented plans in specialized police. The Jihadi Propaganda Plan is one of these plans, which was carried out with the aim of establishing a cordial and friendly relationship between the ideological-political organization of I. R. I. Police and the staff members of the Specialized Police in March 2017. The pathology of this project helps the executors in implementing and modifying similar programs and projects. Therefore, the present article follows the pathology of the effectiveness of the jihadi plan of propaganda and counseling of the clergy in the formulation and implementation stages. Methodology: In this research, a Mixed-method design (quan-qual) has been used. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative phase included the planners of the jihadi propaganda plan of the ideological-political organization and some employees of the specialized police with a sample size of 20 individuals. The size of the statistical sample in the quantitative phase included 400 employees of the I. R. I. Specialized Police. The sampling method was purposive in the qualitative phase and stratified-random in the quantitative phase. Findings and results: The research findings show that the most important disadvantages of this plan include scattered goals, lack of accurate vision, lack of unified management, low level of knowledge of clergy, lack of a suitable place for a clergyman when providing counseling. Also, the effectiveness of the plan in the field of religious-belief and family issues was above the mean score and the impact of this plan in the field of financial, political and professional issues was below the mean score.
