عنوان فارسی ارزیابی برنامه آموزشی - تربیتی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: بیانیه گام دوم به مناسبت چهلمین سالگرد پیروزی انقلاب، برای تبیین دستاوردهای گذشته و مسیر آینده نظام از سوی مقام معظم رهبری صادر شد. هدف این تحقیق ارزیابی برنامه آموزشی-تربیتی بیانیه در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین است.
روش: این پژوهش در ردیف پژوهش‌های کاربردی با رویکرد کمّی و از نوع تحقیق‌های شبه‌آزمایشی است. در تحقیق حاضر دو حیطه دانش و نگرش موردبررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه تحقیق در حیطه دانش شامل 1645 نفر از دانشجویان بود که تعداد 214 نفر در گروه آموزش غیرحضوری و همین تعداد در گروه آموزش حضوری به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در حیطه نگرش 310 نفر از مخاطبان برنامه به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در تحلیل توصیفی داده‌ها شاخص‌های میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، واریانس، میانه، مد و در تحلیل استنباطی آزمون تی‌زوجی، آنالیز واریانس، مقایسات زوجی (آزمون توکی) و آزمون میانگین یک جامعه مستقل اجرا شد. تحلیل‌های آماری در نرم‌افزار مینی‌تب 19 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها و نتایج: داده‌های تحقیق در حیطه دانش حاکی از آن است که میانگین نمرات در پیش‌آزمون 9.16 و در پس‌آزمون 16.31 است. میانگین برآورد اختلاف زوجی 144/7- است. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده با اطمینان 95 درصد می‌توان گفن تفاوت معناداری بین نمرات پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون وجود دارد؛ بنابراین در فاصله اطمینان 95 درصد فرض یک یعنی وجود تفاوت معنادار در نمرات، تأیید شد که نشان‌دهنده اثربخشی مطلوب برنامه آموزشی است. در حیطه نگرش 88% پاسخ‌ها در طیف بسیار بااهمیت و 1% از پاسخ‌ها در طیف کم‌اهمیت قرار گرفت. گزاره «اقتصاد» در صدر اولویت‌ها و گزاره «مذاکره با آمریکا» در انتهای اولویت‌ها قرار گرفتند.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of the Educational-Training Program of the Second Step of Revolution in Amin Police University
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objectives: The statement of the second step was issued by the Supreme Leader on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the victory of the revolution, to explain the past achievements and the future direction of the Islamic system. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the educational-training program of the statement among the students of Amin Police University.
Methodology: This research is in the category of applied research with quantitative approach and quasi-experimental research. In this research, two areas of knowledge and attitude were investigated. The research population in the field of knowledge included 1,645 students, 214 of whom were selected as a sample in the non-attendance group and the same number in the attendance group. In the field of attitude, 310 individuals from the audience of the program were selected as samples. In the descriptive analysis of the data, mean, standard deviation, variance, median, and mode indicators were used, and in the inferential analysis, paired t-test, analysis of variance, pairwise comparisons (Tukey's test) and the mean test of an independent population were performed. Statistical analyses were performed in Minitab 19 software.
Findings and results: Research data in the field of knowledge indicates that the average scores in the pre-test is 9.16 and in the post-test is 16.31. The mean estimate of pairwise difference is -7.144. According to the results obtained with 95% confidence, it can be said that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores. Therefore, in the confidence interval of 95%, hypothesis one, that is, the existence of a significant difference in grades, was confirmed, which indicates the desired effectiveness of the educational program. In the field of attitude, 88% of the answers were in the very important range and 1% of the answers were in the low importance range. The statement "Economy" was at the top of the priorities and the statement "negotiation with America" ​​was placed at the bottom of the priorities.
