ارائه مدل رهبری جامعه‌محور برای سازمان‌های دولتی ایران با رویکرد نهج‌البلاغه |

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارائه مدل رهبری جامعه‌محور برای سازمان‌های دولتی ایران با رویکرد نهج‌البلاغه انجام پذیرفته است.
روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف توسعه‌ای، از نظر روش ترکیبی، اکتشافی و از نوع الگوسازی است، که در دو فاز کیفی و کمّی انجام پذیرفت. به این صورت که از روش کیفی (روش تحلیل مضمون) برای طراحی مدل و از روش کمی (مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری) برای آزمون مدل طراحی‌شده، بهره گرفته شد. روش طراحی مدل اولیه، شناسایی و استخراج ابعاد و معرف‌های رهبری جامعه‌محور با روش تحلیل مضمون از کتاب نهج‌البلاغه بود. در فاز کیفی جامعه آماری شامل افراد خبره و صاحب‌نظر درزمینه پژوهش بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی اشباع نظری، تعداد 30 نفر از آنان انتخاب شدند و درباره اعتبار چارچوب اولیه تدوین‌شده، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته به‌عمل آمد. در فاز کمّی جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و کارکنان سطوح عالی و میانی ادارات دولتی در استان اردبیل به تعداد 86 نفر بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، انتخاب شدند و جهت برآورد برازش مدل نهایی، اطلاعات موردنیاز با پرسش‌نامه رهبری جامعه‌محور علوی که بر اساس مدل استخراجی از فاز کیفی طراحی شد، اجرا شد. داده‌ها با روش مدل معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار smartPLS3 جهت اعتباریابی مدل پیشنهادی تحلیل شد. ابتدا روایی همگرا (AVE) و روایی واگرا و پس‌ازآن برای بررسی پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی (CR) محاسبه شد.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل نشان داد با حذف برخی شاخص‌ها برازش مدل از سطح کفایت مطلوبی برخوردار است و با توجه به ضرایب به‌دست‌آمده، الگوی رهبری جامعه‌محور در سازمان از منظر نهج‌البلاغه مورد تأیید است.

Presenting a Community-Oriented Leadership Model for Iran's Government Organizations with the Nahj al-Balagha Approach |

Background and objectives: The current research was carried out with the aim of providing a community-oriented leadership model for Iranian government organizations with the Nahjul-Balagha approach.
Methodology: In terms of its objectives the present study is of a developmental research, in terms of method is exploratory and model-making and mixed method, which was carried out in two qualitative and quantitative phases. In this way, the qualitative method (theme analysis method) was used to design the model and the quantitative method (structural equation modeling) was used to test the designed model. The method of designing the initial model was identifying and extracting dimensions and indicators of community-oriented leadership with thematic analysis method from the book of Nahj al-Balagha. In the qualitative phase, the statistical community included experts in the field of research, 30 of them were selected using the theoretical saturation non-random sampling method, and a semi-structured interview was conducted regarding the validity of the first framework developed. In the quantitative phase, the statistical population included managers and employees at the high and middle levels of government offices in Ardabil province (86 individuals), who were selected using the available sampling method, and in order to estimate the fit of the final model, the required information was obtained from the Alevi community-oriented leadership questionnaire that was based on the basis of the model extracted from the qualitative phase was designed and implemented. Data were analyzed by structural equation model method and partial least square method (PLS) using smartPLS3 software to validate the proposed model. First, convergent validity (AVE) and divergent validity were calculated, and then Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability (CR) were calculated to check reliability. |
