شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای حضور کارکنان آجا در نماز جماعت (مطالعه موردی، ستاد نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران) |

زمینه و هدف: نماز، دوست‌داشتنی‌ترین عمل نزد خداوند متعال است. اهتمام به نماز و شرکت موثرتر کارکنان ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در این فریضه الهی، برکات مادی و معنوی بسیاری را به‌دنبال دارد. هدف مقاله حاضر، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای حضور کارکنان آجا در نماز جماعت است.
روش: این مقاله براساس هدف تحقیق کاربردی، براساس رویکرد تحقیق ترکیبی (کیفی - کمی) و براساس روش تحقیق توصیفی است. پس از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، 12عامل احصا و در اختیار تعداد 20 نفر از خبرگان ستاد نزاجا قرار گرفت و با توجه به شناخت آنان از فرهنگ سازمانی ارتش، عوامل شخصیت و نفوذ امام جماعت، برنامه‌ریزی و عملکرد مسجد، تبلیغات و ساختمان و تجهیرات مسجد با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی تایید شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق در بخش کمی، کارکنان ستاد نزاجا است و حجم نمونه به شکل طبقه‌ای و تصادفی ساده، 286 نفر تعیین و پرسشنامه توزیع شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق براساس آزمون تی و همچنین تکنیک وزن‌دهی کریتیک، نشان می‌دهد شخصیت و نفوذ امام جماعت، برنامه‌ریزی و عملکرد مسجد، تبلیغات و ساختمان، و تجهیرات مسجد از عوامل موثر بر حضور کارکنان آجا در نماز جماعت می‌باشند.
نتایج: مستند به دیدگاه خبرگان این پژوهش و داده‌های حاصل از بخش کیفی و نتایج به دست آماده از توزیع و تحلیل پرسشنامه‌ها در بخش کمی نشان می‌دهد، عملیاتی نمودن پیشنهادهای این تحقیق می‌تواند موجب ارتقای حضور کارکنان در نماز جماعت شود. |

-Identifying Effective Factors on Improving the Attendance of the I. R. I. Army Employees in Congregational Prayers (Case Study: Ground Force Headquarters of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army) |

Background and objectives: Prayer is the most beloved act to God. Paying attention to prayer and more effective participation of the employees of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army in this divine duty will lead to many material and spiritual blessings. The purpose of this article is to identify the effective factors in improving the attendance of I. R. I. Army employees in congregational prayers.
Methodology: In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type, which was done with a mixed-method approach (qualitative-quantitative) based on descriptive-analytical research method. After library studies, 12 factors were counted and given to 20 experts of the Ground Force headquarters, and according to their knowledge of the organizational culture of the army, factors of the imam's personality and influence, the planning and performance of the mosque, advertisements and the building and equipment of the mosque. It was confirmed using fuzzy Delphi method. The statistical population of the research in the quantitative part is the employees of the Ground Force headquarters, and the sample size was determined in a stratified and simple random sampling, and 286 people were determined and the questionnaire was distributed.
Findings: The findings of the research based on the t-test as well as the critical weighting technique show that the personality and influence of the imam of the congregation, planning and performance of the mosque, advertisements and the building and equipment of the mosque are among the factors that influence the attendance of Ground Force employees in congregational prayers.
Results: Based on the opinion of experts and the data obtained from the qualitative section and the results obtained from the distribution and analysis of questionnaires in the quantitative section, the implementation of the suggestions of this research can improve the attendance of employees in congregational prayers. |
