عنوان فارسی شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی معیارهای انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان اقلام اساسی خوراک در فراجا
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: یکی از دغدغه‌های امروز فرماندهان و مدیران فراجا در بحث خوراک کارکنان، تأمین اقلام خوراک و چگونگی انجام آن است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی معیارهای انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان اقلام اساسی خوراک در فراجا (مطالعه موردی فرماندهی انتظامی استان اصفهان) بوده است.
روش: این پژوهش، توصیفی، کاربردی و توسعه‌ای و به‌صورت توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام‌گرفته است. روش تحقیق نیز از نوع کیفی و کمی و هم‌چنین میدانی (پیمایشی) بوده است. جامعه آماری، کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی کل استان اصفهان که سابقه فعالیت علمی یا اجرایی در حوزه خرید فراجا داشته و مسئولین خرید و مرتبط با اداره خرید بوده و اداره آماد ، اداره آمادگاه و اداره نت بوده‌اند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به دو روش کتابخانه‌ای (اسنادی) و میدانی (پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته) و با ابزارهای مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته در بخش کیفی و پرسش‌نامه در بخش کمی با نظر متخصصان بوده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل با روش کدگذاری انتخابی و مقایسات زوجی، اِی  اچ  پی و در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی انجام شده است. جهت سنجش روایی پرسش‌نامه از روش روایی محتوایی و صوری و برای پایایی پرسش‌نامه از طریق ثبات درونی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردیده است.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها در پاسخ به سؤال‌های پژوهش نشان داده معیارهای استخراج‌شده به دودسته اصلی و فرعی طبقه­بندی شده‌اند که مضامین اصلی شامل مؤلفه‌های ساختاری، محتوا یا رفتار و شاخص زمینه یا محیط بوده‌اند. رتبه‌بندی مؤلفه‌ها نشان داده است که مؤلفه‌های ساختاری، محتوا و زمینه به ترتیب رتبه اول تا سوم را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. هم‌چنین یافته‌ها نشان داده‌اند با استفاده از مقایسات زوجی و بر اساس رتبه‌بندی، معیار کیفیت بالاترین رتبه و معیار توجه به تولیدات داخلی پایین‌ترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص داده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Identify and rank the criteria of selecting food basic items suppliers in FRAJA
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aim and Background: Today One of the concerns of FRAJA commanders and managers in the discussion of staff food is the provision of food items and how to do it. The purpose of this study was to Identify and rank the criteria of  selecting food basic items suppliers in FRAJA (Case study: law enforcement commandment of Isfahan province).
Method: This research is descriptive, applied and developmental and has been done descriptively and analytically. The research method also was qualitative and quantitative as well as survey. The statistical population is the law enforcement commandment of Isfahan province staff who has a history of scientific or executive activity in the field of FRAJA purchasing and has been in charge of purchasing and related to the purchasing office and the logistics office, the training office and the maintenance and repair office. Data collection was in two ways: library (documentary) and survey (researcher-made questionnaire) and with semi-structured interview tools in the qualitative part and questionnaire in the quantitative part along with the opinion of experts. The analysis was performed by selective coding method and pairwise comparisons of AHP at two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Content and face validity methods were used to assess the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for the reliability of the questionnaire through internal stability.
Findings: In response to the research questions, the findings showed that the extracted criteria were classified into two main and subsidiary categories, the main themes included structural components, content or behavior, and context or environment index. Component rankings have shown that structural, content and context components has been ranked first to third, respectively. The findings also show that using pairwise comparisons and based on ranking, the quality criterion has the highest rank and the criterion of attention to domestic products has the lowest rank.
