عنوان فارسی تحلیل شکاف اهمیت - عملکرد در شاخص‌های چابکی توان و تحرک در یک سازمان نظامی - انتظامی؛
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: ترابری چابک یکی از موضوعات مهم برای تاب­آوری یک سازمان رزمی در محیط عملیاتی است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی شکاف اهمیت و عملکرد در شاخص­های چابکی توان و تحرک در یک سازمان نظامی - انتظامی انجام پذیرفته است.
روش: این تحقیق از انواع پژوهش­های کاربردی است و با رویکرد آمیخته کیفی - کمی تنظیم شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش خبرگان ترابری سازمان موردمطالعه هستند. در مرحله نخست پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان مزبور و تحلیل مضامین مصاحبه­های انجام­شده فهرستی از عوامل مؤثر بر چابک­سازی توان و تحرک سازمان موردمطالعه استخراج شده است. در مرحله دوم، این فهرست در قالب پرسش‌نامه‌ای در اختیار اعضای جامعه آماری قرار گرفته و اهمیت و عملکرد هر یک از شاخص­های شناسایی­شده ارزیابی شده است. داده­های این پرسش‌نامه‌ها با استفاده از ماتریس شکاف اهمیت - عملکرد تحلیل و نمایش داده شده­اند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که دو مؤلفه وضع معیشتی کارکنان ترابری و نسبت تعداد رانندگان به خودرو (سنگین، نیمه‌سنگین) به‌عنوان موارد بااهمیت و در اولویت برای بهبود و برنامه­های اصلاحی قرار گرفتند و سایر مؤلفه‌های مطرح شده در اولویت­های بعدی قرار گرفتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر مبنای یافته­های پژوهش می­توان نتیجه گرفت که برای آماده بکار بودن خودرو و تجهیزات می­بایستی بیش از هر اقدام دیگری سطح دانش کاربران در زمینه حفظ و نگهداری تجهیزات افزایش داده و همچنین قطعات پرمصرف را به شکل مناسب تأمین نموده و در اختیار رده­های مصرف‌کننده قرار داد.

عنوان انگلیسی Importance-Performance Gap Analysis in Agility indicators of power and movement in a Military-Police organization
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: Agile transportation is one of the most important issues for the resistance of a military-police organization in the operational environment. This study has been done with aim of identifying the gap of importance and performance in the agility indicators of strength and mobility in a military-police organization.
Method: This research is one of the applied research types and is organized with mixed qualitative-quantitative approach. The statistical population of the study is the transportation experts of the studied organization. In the first phase of research, a list of factors affecting the making agile of power and mobility of the studied organization was extracted through interviews with the mentioned experts and analyzing the contents of done interviews. In the second phase, this list is provided to members of the statistical community in the form of a questionnaire and the importance and performance of each identified indicator is evaluated. The data of these questionnaires were analyzed and displayed using the importance-performance gap matrix.
Findings: The results showed that the two components of transport personnel’s living condition and the ratio of number of drivers to vehicle (heavy, semi-heavy) were considered as important and primary items for improvement and correction programs, and other discussed components were the next priorities.
Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that for car and equipment be ready to use, the level of users' knowledge in the field of equipment maintenance should be increased more than any other action, and also high-consumed parts should be properly Provided and made available to consumer categories.
