Background and Purpose: Development of human resource motivation and productivity improvement is the fulcrum of this system. For comprehensive quality management, sub-systems should be created in the organization. As a starting point, 5S alone can exchange knowledge and experiences of each individual by involving employees in the form of working groups. In this way, repeating this process, put people on the path of creating motivation and the spirit of all-round teamwork. The grooming system is a military system for organizing the work environment, it is a system that, by attracting the participation of employees, creates an orderly environment at all levels of the organization. This research aims to investigate the effective factors on productivity with the operational implementation of the grooming system in the repair and reconstruction environment of logistics Deputy and FARAJA logistic police. Method: According to the number of changes and improvements in operation at the level of environmental repairs, it is implemented with the panel data3 method. The science of econometrics is based on data mining, cross-sectional data, and time series with 90 real observations before and after the implementation of the project using the Persian model and calculation and measurement software. Findings: Fitting the regression line using Hausman tests4 and collinearity tests, the impact of each change has been identified, which is extracted from the forms during work (forms of the stages of the grooming system) that In terms of reliability and the questionnaires were confirmed, it was obtained. Then the effect of the implementation of the maintenance system with new changes was calculated and finally, the improved productivity of the FARAJA Repair and Renovation Center resulted in a 25% increase. The implementation of the grooming system led to important results such as: reducing rework costs, reducing waste, increasing useful working time, increasing useful working hours, reducing the cost of repurchasing items, and reducing risks due to non-compliance with health principles.
