عنوان فارسی تبیین ابعاد و مولفه های آماد و پشتیبانی نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در عملیات بیت‌المقدس
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: امروزه یکی از دغدغه‌های مهم و اولویت‌های موردنظر مسئولین و فرماندهان نظام، توجه خاص به ارتقاء آمادگی دفاعی ورزمی نیروهای مسلح به‌خصوص در بعد آماد و پشتیبانی است. عملیات بیت‌المقدس؛ یک نقطه عطف و حماسه‌ساز در طول دفاع دوران مقدس است که نیروهای دریایی؛ هوایی و زمینی ارتش هم‌زمان و سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی؛ جهاد سازندگی و نیروهای مردمی نیز حضور داشتند. با توجه به وجود عملیات های پی‌درپی از قبیل نبرد: ثامن‌الائمه؛ طریق‌القدس؛ فتح المبین قبل از این عملیات و مدت‌زمان کم (یک ماه) برای آمادگی برای این عملیات مدیریت آماد و پشتیبانی در این عملیات یکی از نکات مثبت آن است. هدف این پژوهش تبیین ابعاد و مولفه های آماد و پشتیبانی نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلای ایران در عملیات بیت المقدس است. روش: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر چگونگی دستیابی به داده‌ها ازنظر روش تحلیل محتوا است. جهت نمونه از روش اشباع نظری و به‌صورت هدفمند از منابع موجود و مصاحبه با خبرگان صورت گرفته است. در این جهت پاسخ‌های مصاحبه، از روش طرح مجدد پرسش‌ها به گونه متفاوت با مصاحبه اولیه و ارائه مجدد آن‌ها درزمانی دیگر و همچنین انتخاب تعدد مصاحبه‌شوندگان و استفاده مناسب از دیدگاه‌ها و نظرات متخصصان بهره­برداری گردیده است. یافته‌ها: برای دستیابی به هدف با بررسی منابع کتابخانه­ای و اسناد به ثبت رسیده از دفاع مقدس و از طرفی با آنالیز مصاحبه­های انجام‌شده با فرماندهان و تصمیم‌گیریان عملیات بیت­المقدس با استفاده از نرم­افزار مکس کیودا423[1]؛ نکات نحوه مدیریت آماد و پشتیبانی و نحوه آماده­سازی نیروی زمینی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس مصاحبه‌های انجام‌شده و سؤالات پژوهش که در شش قلمرو درخواست، پیش‌بینی، تهیه، تعمیر و نگهداری، ترابری و واگذاری، به نحوه مدیریت این شش قلمرو در تجهیزات و اقلام آمادی برای عملیات بیت‌المقدس پرداخته‌شده که اقدام به دسته‌بندی و کدگذاری محوری نموده که کدهای محوری در سه بعد مدیریت پیش‌بینی، مدیریت تهیه و واگذاری، مدیریت نگهداری استخراج گردید که هر یک از ابعاد ذکرشده شامل جدول متغیرها و مؤلفه‌های محوری استنباط شده و درنهایت پیشنهاد‌های کاربردی ارائه گردید.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Today, one of the important concerns and priorities of the officials and commanders of the system is paying special attention to the improvement of the defense and combat readiness of the armed forces, especially in the aspect of readiness and support. Jerusalem operation; It is a milestone and an epic point during the defense of the holy era that the naval forces; Air and ground forces of the army were present at the same time, and in addition, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps; Constructive Jihad and popular forces also cooperated due to the existence of consecutive operations such as the battle of: Saman Al-Aima; Tariq Al-Quds; Fath-ul-Mobin before this operation and the short period of one month to prepare for this operation, logistics management in this operation is one of its positive points. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of the logistics system (readiness and support) of the army c. A. It is in the operation of Beit Al-Maqdis (Karbala 3).
Method: The current research is a descriptive-survey research in terms of purpose, application, and in terms of how to obtain data. For the sample, theoretical and targeted saturation of available sources and interviews with experts have been done. In this direction, the answers of the interview, the method of restating the questions in a different way from the initial interview and re-presenting them at another time, as well as the selection of the number of interviewees and the appropriate use of the views and opinions of experts have been used.
Findings: To achieve the goal by examining the library resources and registered documents of the Holy Defense and on the other hand by analyzing the interviews conducted with the commanders and decision makers of the Jerusalem operation using MAXQDA23 software; Tips on how to manage logistics and how to prepare ground forces were identified.
Conclusion: Based on interviews and research questions that is in sixth scope which are predicting, preparation, repair and maintenance, transportation and assignation have discussed about managing this six scope in logistics facilities for Jerusalem operation which is intended for grouping and pivotal coding that pivotal codes is extracted in three dimension which are predicting, preparation and assignation management, maintenance management which each mentioned aspect included of variant table and pivotal factor has been inducted and at the end applied suggestions is presented.
