بررسی میزان تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با رویکرد مدیریت دانش در ارتقاء چابکی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین |

امروزه رقابت برای چابک سازی سازمان و بهبود کیفیت خدمات، به عنوان یک مسئله راهبردی برای سازمان‌هایی که در بخش خدمات نظامی فعالیت میکنند، شناخته شده است. بررسی و کنکاش در زمینه چابکی با تأکید بر دانش محوری و مدیریت دانش، می تواند جهش بزرگی را در چابک سازی و عملکرد بالای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سازمان‌های نظامی و انتظامی ایجاد نماید. مطالعه حاضر در نظر دارد تا بررسی میزان تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با رویکرد مدیریت دانش در ارتقاء چابکی مدیریت زنجیره تامین سازمان‌های نظامی و انتظامی بپردازد. هدف این پژوهش تبیین ابعاد مختلف چابک سازی وچگونگی انجام آن در سیستم لجستیک از طریق فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات است. مسئله اصلی این پژوهش این است که آیا بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات موجب ارتقا مولفه‌های چابکی آماد می شود. در این مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی، از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با نظر خبرگان که مبتنی بر مطالعات جعفری و همکاران (2007) و شریفی و ژآنگ (2001) استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان و مدیران آماد و پشتیبانی یکی از سازمان‌های نظامی و انتظامی می باشد که از این تعداد، 100 نفر از خبرگان بعنوان نمونه آماری، در نظر گرفته شدند. برای انجام این تحقیق از روش های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است. روش اصلی جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده ها در این تحقیق آمار توصیفی (تنظیم جداول توصیفی، میانگین، نمودار های آماری) می باشد که از آزمون های آمار استنباطی (تحلیل رگرسیون، آزمون تی استیودنت، فرید من با استفاده از ابزار اس.پی.اس.اس) استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده، متغیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با رویکرد مدیریت دانش به ترتیب قابلیت تأثیرگذاری را بر ایجاد و ارتقا انعطاف پذیری، پاسخگویی، سرعت، شایستگی و ایجاد چابکی در سیستم لجستیک را دارد. |

Today, competition for organizational agility and improvinng service quality. It is known as a strategic issue for organizations operating in the military service sector. Examining and researching in the field of agility by emphasizing knowledge-based and knowledge management, can make a big leap in agility and high performance of supply chain management of military and police organizations. The present study intends to investigate the impact of technology, information and communication with the knowledge management approach in improving the mobility of supply chain management of military and police organizations. The aim of this study is to deetermine the various agility aspects and how to preform that in logistics system through information technology and communication. In this descriptive correlational study, a researcher-made questionarie was developed using the expert opinion of (jafari et al. 2007) and (Sharifi & zhang. 2001). The statistical population includes employees and manager who work in logistics organization which is a military and police organization.100 experts were considered as statistical samples. Describtive and inferential statistical methods have been used to conduct this research. The main method for statistical analysis of data in this study is discriptive statistics (adjustment of descriptive statistics (adjustment of descriptive tables, mean, statistical charts),which can be used to estimate the validity of questions from inferential statistics tests(regression analysis,t-test,faridman and SPSS software used.based on the results , the variable of information technoloy and communication with knowledge management approach respectively has the ability to affect and improve flexibilty, responsiveness,speed,competence,and agility in the logistics system. |
