بررسی تأثیر آموزش‌های حفاظتی بر صیانت از کارکنان سازمان‌های حفاظتی |

زمینه و هدف: یکی از مولفه‌های مهم و اصلیِ صیانت از کارکنان سازمان‌ها آموزش است که با این روش می‌توان کارکنان را به سمت خودحفاظتی هدایت کرد به نحوی که هر فرد عامل کنترل و پایش‌کننده، همه‌جانبه و نیرومندی را در درون خود احساس کند و دائم به سمت انجام صحیح وظایف محوله هدایت شود؛ بنابراین، میزان تأثیرگذاری آموزش‌های حفاظتی در مقاطع و دوره‌های آموزشی، از طریق آگاه‌سازی و هشدار حفاظتی، آشنایی با تهدیدهای شغلی، آشنایی با آسیب‌پذیری‌های شغلی و شکست‌های حفاظتی برای صیانت از کارکنان سازمان‌های حفاظتی در این تحقیق مورد بررسی و سنجش قرار می‌گیرد. روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی با رویکرد پیمایشی بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق همه مدیران یکی از سازمان‌های حفاظتی تعیین و حجم نمونه به تعداد 92 نفر با روش تمام‌شمار انتخاب و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته که با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، تأثیر آموزش‌های حفاظتی در صیانت از کارکنان با آموزش در ادوار آموزشی مختلف، آگاه‌سازی و هشداردهی، آشنایی با تهدیدهای شغلی، مقررات حفاظتی و تشریح شکست‌های حفاظتی از نظر پاسخ‌دهندگان 08/4 و بالاتر از میانگین نظری 3 است؛ بنابراین، می‌توان گفت که میزان تأثیر آموزش‌های حفاظتی بر صیانت از کارکنان سازمان‌های حفاظتی از دیدگاه پاسخ‌گویان از تأثیرگذاری بالایی برخوردار و وضعیت خیلی زیاد را نشان می‌دهد. |

Background and aim: One of the most important and main components of protecting organizations’ employees is training, which can lead employees to self-protection so that each person feel a controlling, all-encompassing and strong factor within himself and be constantly guided to the proper performance of assigned tasks; therefore, the effectiveness of protective training in section and training courses, Through this awareness and safety warning, familiarity with job threats, familiarity with occupational vulnerabilities and protective fails to protect employees of protection organizations are examined and tested in this research. Methodology: This research was descriptive-analytical with a survey approach. The statistical population of the research all managers of one of the protection organizations in Hamedan province was determined and the sample size of 92 people has been selected with all-way method and data collection tools, questionnaire has implemented which by using of SPSS software has been analyzed. Results and Conclusions: The results showed that the effect of protective training in conservation of employees by training in different training periods, awareness and warning, get acquainted with job threats, protection rules and description of protection fails according respondents it is 4.08 and above the theoretical average (3). Therefore, it can be said that the level of impact of protection training on the conservation of conservation organizations’ employees from viewpoint of respondents has a high impact and shows a very high condition. |
