بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه فنّاوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های حفاظتی |

زمینه و هدف: در عصر حاضر، فنّاوری اطلاعات در تعریف قدرت و تمدن جوامع، نقش کلیدی پیدا کرده است. در دهه‌های اخیر کشورهای پیشرفته و صاحب فنّاوری‌های نوین، به فنّاوری اطلاعات به عنوان محور بنیادین توسعه، توجه خاصی پیدا کرده به‌طوری که هر یک از آنها به نوبه خود طرح‌های ملی و منطقه‌ای خاصی را برای توسعه این فنّاوری در دستور کار خود قرار می‌دهند. سازمان‌های حفاظتی نیز به منظور پیشبرد هدف‌های راهبردی تحت مدیریت خود نیازمند به‌کارگیری، ارتقاء و توسعه فنّاوری اطلاعات و بهره‌مندی از فوائد بی‌شمار آن است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی و شناخت عوامل ساختاری، رفتاری و زمینهای مؤثر بر توسعه فنّاوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های حفاظتی است. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده که به روش توصیفی- پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 68 نفر از مدیران، مسئولان و کارشناسان حوزه فنّاوری اطلاعات یکی از واحدهای حفاظتی هستند. به منظور اتقان بیشتر و تعمیم یافته‌ها، حجم نمونه در این تحقیق به صورت تمام‌شمار انتخاب شده است. روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه‌ای و با استفاده از ابزار پرسش‌نامه انجام شده است. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار تحلیل داده‌های آماری استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد بر اساس نتایج آزمون فریدمن از بین عوامل ساختاری، رفتاری و زمینهای مؤثر بر توسعه فنّاوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های حفاظتی بعد رفتاری با 85.91 درصد در اولویت اول؛ بعد زمینهای با 83.71 درصد در اولویت دوم و بعد ساختاری با 83 درصد در اولویت سوم قرار دارد. |

Examining the Influencing Factors on IT Development in protection organizations (Case Study of the Headquarter of Police Intelligence Organization) |

Background and Aim: In the present era, information technology has played a key role in defining the power and civilization of societies. In recent decades, advanced and modern technology has focused on information technology as the core of development, with each of them in turn putting forward national and regional plans for the development of this technology. The protection organs also need to use, promote and develop its information technology and benefit from its numerous benefits in order to advance strategic objectives with its management. The purpose of this study is to investigate and identify the structural, behavioral and effective factors affecting the development of information technology in this organization. Methodology: This research utilizes a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this study is 68 managers, officials and IT experts of one of protection units. In order to further refine and generalize the findings, the sample size in this research has been selected as a whole. The method of data collection was library and using a questionnaire tool and for the validity of this research, from the viewpoint of thinkers, experts and professors, and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.91). Structural equations and exploratory-confirmatory factor analysis methods have also been used to analyze the data. Findings and Conclusion: According to the results of the research, based on the Friedman test results among the structural, behavioral and background factors affecting the development of information technology in NAJA the behavioral dimension with 85.91 percent is in the first priority; background dimension with 83.71 percent is in the second priority and structural dimension with 83 percent stand in third priority. |
