ارزیابی تأثیر برنامه‌های پژوهشی، سازمان‌های حفاظتی در توانمندسازی کارکنان |

زمینه و هدف: انجام فعالیت‌های پژوهشی بخش گسترده‌ای از وظایف سازمان‌های حفاظتی را تشکیل می‌دهد، نتایج و اثربخشی این فعالیت‌ها برای مدیران سازمان‌های مزبور از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است؛ همین موضوع زمینه انجام پژوهش بوده و هدف از تحقیق حاضر، ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامه‌های پژوهشی سازمان‌های حفاظتی درتوانمند‌سازی کارکنان است. روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق از لحاظ نوع کاربردی و با روش کمی صورت گرفته است و برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش اسنادی و اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای بهره‌گیری شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کارکنان سازمان‌های حفاظتی است. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش تصادفی و با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 132 نفر انتخاب و به منظور کفایت نمونه‌های آماری و افزایش قابلیت تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج تحقیق، این تعداد به 160 نفر افزایش یافت. در این پژوهش از آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنف برای نرمال و غیرنرمال بودن داده‌ها و از آمار توصیفی مانند میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و از آمار استنباطی، همچون، آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای رد یا تأیید فرضیه‌های تحقیق مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین برنامه‌های پژوهشی سازمان‌های حفاظتی و توانمندسازی کارکنان ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین برنامه‌های پژوهشی سازمان‌های حفاظتی و بهبود معیارهای 9 گانه الگوی توانمندساز EFQM در این سازمان ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد؛ بنابراین، بر مبنای دستاوردهای این تحقیق پیشنهاد می‌شود که نخست حمایت از برنامه‌های پژوهشی به‌منظور تدوین و بازنگری مستمر در هدف‌ها و مأموریت‌های سازمان به‌طور جدی پیگیری و اجرا شده و دوم اینکه اولویت‌های پژوهشی متناسب با نقاط قوت و ضعف وضعیت موجود توانمندسازی کارکنان به منظور تدوین راهبردهای ارتقا به سمت وضعیت مطلوب تدوین گردد. |

Background and Goal: doing research activities is a large part of the tasks of protective organizations, The results and effectiveness of these activities are of great importance to managers of these organizations; The same subject was the field of doing this research and the purpose of the present research was to evaluate the effectiveness of protective organizations’ research programs inempowering employees. Methodology: This research in terms of type is usefully and applied with quantitative method and documentary and library information were used for data collection. The statistical population of this research is staff of protective organizations. To select the sample randomly and using Morgan table, 132 people were selected. In order to the reliability of the statistical samples and increase the generalizeability of the results, this number was increased to160 persons. In this research, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normal and abnormal data and descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics such as pearson correlation coefficient test for rejecting or confirming the research hypotheses were analyzed. Findings and conclusion:The results showed that there is a significant relationship between research programs of protective organizations and staff empowerment. There is also a significant relationship between the research programs of protective organizations and the improvement of the 9 criteria of EFQM empowerment model in this organization.Therefore, based on the findings of this research, it is suggested that first, the support of research programs for the purpose of Edditing and Continuous Review of goals and missions of the organization is seriously pursued and performed and Secondly, research priorities are fits to the strengths and weaknesses sections in this present situation of the employee empowerment in order to formulate promotion strategies towards the desired situation. |
