ارتباط سرمایه اجتماعی با تعالی سازمانی در سازمانهای حفاظتی |

زمینه و هدف: تعالی سازمانی نتیجه فعالیت‌ها و اقدام‌های هدفمند مختلفی است؛ اما همه سازمان‌ها در این راستا نیازمند سرمایه اجتماعی هستند و بدون سرمایه اجتماعی تعالی سازمان‌ها با مشکلات زیادی مواجه خواهند شد ؛ هدف از انجام این پژوهش تبیین ارتباط سرمایه اجتماعی سازمانی با تعالی سازمانی در سازمانهای حفاظتی است. سرمایه اجتماعی به عنوان منبع مهمی تلقی می‌شود که سازمان‌ها نیازمند توسعه آن هستند تا به مزیت رقابتی و تعالی دست یابند. روش تحقیق: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش و ماهیت، توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارکنان و مدیران شاغل در سازمانهای حفاظتی است که از طریق فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 196 نفر تعیین گردیده؛ روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای به نسبت در سه سطح مدیران عالی، میانی و عملیاتی انتخاب شده است. پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد برای سنجش متغیرهای سرمایه اجتماعی و تعالی سازمانی استفاده شده است و برای افزایش روایی و اعتبار پرسش‌نامه ابتدا تعدادی پرسش‌نامه بین جمعی از مدیران عالی سازمانهای حفاظتی توزیع گردید و کلیه ابهام‌های کارکنان در ارتباط با سؤال‌ها مشخص شد؛ بدین ترتیب تعدادی از سؤال‌ها حذف و تعدادی دیگر جایگزین شد و در نهایت پس از شفاف‌شدن و رفع ابهام‌ها، پرسش‌نامه نهایی تهیه و توزیع گردید. برای براورد پایایی پرسش‌نامه از فرمول ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. در این تحقیق به منظور آزمون فرضیه‌های مرتبط با الگوی مفهومی پیشنهادی، از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و همچنین آمار استنباطی استفاده شده است. در روش توصیفی از جداول آماری برای توصیف و تحلیل جمعیت‌شناختی تحقیق استفاده شده و در روش آمار استنباطی آزمون‌های کالموگروف اسمیرونوف به منظور تعیین نرمال‌بودن داده‌ها و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون به منظور تعیین میزان ارتباط بین متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق مبتنی بر آزمون فرضیه‌ها و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، نشان می‌دهد بین سرمایه اجتماعی و تعالی سازمانی در سازمانهای حفاظتی ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. |

Background and goal: organizational excellence is the result of actions and various purposeful activities; but all of these organizations need social treasure in this regard and without social treasure , organizations' excellence will face with a lot of problems ; the purpose of this research is to explain the relation between organizational social treasure with organizational excellence in protective organizations. The social treasure regarded as an important source which organizations need its develoopment untill to achieve competitive benefit and excellence. Method of research: This research is usefully in terms of purpose and analytical descreptive and correlation in terms of method and nature. The statistical society of this research includes employees and managers who was working in protective organizations which via cochran formula the sample size was determined by 196 person. The sampling method is selected by classfied random sampling in three levels of great, middle and operational managers.Standard questionnaires were used to evaluation variables of social treasure and organizational excellence and to increase the justifiability and validity of the questionnaire,first a number of questionnaires were distributed among some great managers of protective organizations and all the ambiguities of the employees about the questions were recognized; thus some of the questions were removed and some were replaced and at the end, after becoming clear and elimination of the ambiguities, the final questionnaire was prepared and distributed.for estimate the reliability of the questionnaire ,Cronbach's alpha coefficient formula was used.in this research descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used for test of the hypotheses which related with the proposed conceptual pattern.In descreptive methode statistical tables were used for describe and analyze demographic research and in ferential statistics methode the kalmogorov smironov's test was used to determine the normality of the data and pearson's correlation coefficient in order to determine the amont of relation between independent and dependent variables. Findings and conclusion: The results of research based on hypothesis testing and pearson's correlation test show that there is a significant relationship between social treasure and organizational excellence in protective organizations. |
