عملکرد پلیس در اجرای طرح ارتقای امنیت اجتماعی با رویکرد موادمخدر از دیدگاه مردم یزد |

پژوهش حاضر عملکرد پلیس در اجرای طرح ارتقای امنیت اجتماعی در حوزه مبارزه با موادمخدر را از دیدگاه مردم یزد در سال 1385 مورد بررسی قرار داده است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی نقاط ضعف و قوت طرح ارتقای امنیت اجتماعی بوده است. روش تحقیق از نظر نوع و هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی با تکنیک پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق 114 نفر از مدیران و دبیران دبیرستان‌های پسرانه ناحیه 1 آموزش و پرورش شهرستان یزد در سال 1385 به صورت تمام شمار می‌باشند. ابزار جمع آوری پرسشنامه شامل 15 سؤال با پاسخ‌های پنج گزینه‌ای لیکرت پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی(87/0 α) تهیه و تنظیم شده است. از یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که عملکرد پلیس در اجرای طرح ارتقای امنیت اجتماعی با رویکرد مبارزه با موادمخدر از دیدگاه مردم مثبت ارزیابی شده است، مردم از عملکرد پلیس در رابطه با برخورد با فروشندگان و توزیع کنندگان موادمخدر رضایت دارند، ولی عملکرد پلیس در رابطه با برخورد با معتادان به موادمخدر و قرص‌های روانگردان رضایت بخش نبوده است. نتیجه‌گیری کلی این تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است که عملکرد پلیس در اجرای طرح مذکور مثبت ارزیابی شده است. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش پیشنهاد می‌گردد جهت بهبود طرح ارتقای امنیت اجتماعی اجرای این طرح تداوم داشته و امکانات بیشتری در اختیار یگان‌های عمل‌‌کننده طرح قرار گیرد؛ همچنین برخورد پلیس با معتادان به موادمخدر و قرص‌های روانگردان با هماهنگی مقامات قضایی شدیدتر و قاطع‌تر شود. |

Police performance in the implementation of a social security promotion project with a drug approach from the perspective of Yazd people |

The present study examined the police performance in implementing a social security promotion plan in the field of drug trafficking from the perspective of Yazd people in 2006. The purpose of this study was to examine the strengths and weaknesses of a social security promotion plan. The research method is applied in terms of type and purpose and descriptive in nature with a survey technique. The statistical population of this study consisted of 114 male high school principals and teachers in District 1 of Yazd in 2006. The questionnaire collection tool consisted of 15 questions with five-point Likert answers after validation and reliability (α = 0.87). The findings of the study show that the police performance in the implementation of the Social Security Promotion Project with the Counter Narcotics Approach has been assessed positively by the people, with police satisfaction in dealing with drug dealers and distributors, but police performance in relation to Dealing with addicts and psychotropic pills has not been satisfactory. The overall conclusion of this study indicates that police performance in the implementation of this plan has been positively evaluated. According to the results, it is recommended to improve the implementation of the Social Security Improvement Plan and to provide more facilities to the implementing units, as well as tighter and more decisive police treatment of drug addicts and psychotropic pills. |
