The purpose of this study was to identify and investigate the causes of the formation and persistence of French urban unrest (October and November 2005) and to study the management and control methods of the said crisis. The deaths of two teenagers on October 27, 2005 in the city of Cliché-sur-Boa of Paris, and the dissatisfaction of the French police with the incident, formed the initial unrest, and then prompted the then French secretary of state to address the youth and address them. As a mob and media coverage of the incident and failure to act on time to manage the crisis has accelerated the spread of unrest to other areas. Finally, contextual and reinforcing causes such as unemployment, subsidy reduction, identity crisis, discrimination, subculture of violence, immigration policies and educational disadvantages of immigrant adolescents, and discontent with police performance in immigrant populations, etc., continued. The research method is library and documentary and the required information on research has been collected, compiled and compiled from official documents, documents and official statistics of prestigious scientific centers inside and outside the country. The study population is the youth and adolescents participating in the October and November 2005 unrest in France. Analyzing data and corroborating research hypotheses by local and foreign experts and experts on the causes of French urban unrest in October 2005. These causes were categorized into three economic, political, and socio-cultural approaches, followed by data analysis and analysis of the relationship between independent variables and French unrest, which confirmed all of the research hypotheses. In the present study, face validity, empirical and structural validity methods were used. |
