عنوان فارسی رابطه بین مأموریت‌های ابلاغی فوریت‌های پلیسی ۱۱۰ با مدیریت انتظامی کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی استان لرستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله اهمیت نقش مدیریت کلانتری و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی در راستای اجرای مأموریت‌های حساس و متنوع نیروی انتظامی از یک طرف و تغییر رویکرد ناجا از تهدید محوری به جامعه‌محوری با راه‌اندازی مرکز فوریت‌های پلیسی 110 در سال‌های اخیر از طرف دیگر، سبب گردید این تحقیق در سطح فرماندهی انتظامی استان لرستان و با هدف نهایی بررسی رابطه مأموریت‌های ابلاغی فوریت‌های پلیسی 110 با مدیریت انتظامی کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی (لرستان) و در قالب نظریه مکتب سیستمی انجام شود. با توجه به دغدغه برخی از رؤسا و فرماندهان کوپ مبنی بر دنباله‌روی پلیس از مردم(با ایجاد سیستم 110) و بازماندن آنان از برنامه‌ریزی اصولی برای انجام سایر وظایف محوله، این مهم است که بدانیم» آیا بین مأموریت‌های ابلاغی فوریت‌های پلیسی 110 با مدیریت انتظامی کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌ها رابطه معناداری وجود دارد؟ جامعه آماری این پژوهش 1464 نفر از کلیه کارکنان کوپ استان لرستان در نیمه اول سال 1386و تعداد جمعیت نمونه 311 نفر بوده که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به دست آمده است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش همبستگی بوده و داده‌های مورد نیاز آن به شیوه ترکیبی اسنادی و میدانی، از طریق پرسشنامه معکوس و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته جمع آوری شده است. روایی پرسشنامه با بهره گیری از نظر خبرگان انتظامی، اساتید راهنما و مشاور، تأئید و همچنین پایایی هر یک از ابعاد و سئوالات مرتبط با متغیرهای فرضیه‌های تحقیق به طور جداگانه محاسبه گردید که در تمامی موارد میزان آلفای کرونباخ به دست آمده از حد استاندارد مورد تأیید کارشناسان(57/0=a) بالاتر بوده است(هومن 1384: 89) یعنی به میزان 76/0 محاسبه شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS صورت گرفته و تحلیل داده‌های جمع آوری شده در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام یافته است و متناسب با سطح سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از ضرایب همبستگی اسپیرمن، پیرسون، آزمون‌های آماری پارامتریک(تحلیل واریانس، آزمونT) و ناپارامتریک و تحلیل رگرسیون یک و چندمتغیره بهره گیری شده است. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که: بین مأموریت‌های ابلاغی سیستم 110 با امور پیش بینی، پیشگیری، پیگـیری (پی‌جوئی) و مقابله در کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌ها رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The importance of the role of sheriff's departments and police stations in the implementation of sensitive and varied police force missions on one hand, and the shift from a community-centered threat to community-based policing in recent years, led to this discipline. Lorestan, with the ultimate goal of investigating the relationship between police emergency communications missions 110 and the police management of sheriffs and police stations (Lorestan) in the form of a systematic school theory. Given the concerns of some police chiefs and commanders about following the police (with the creation of the 110 system) and preventing them from conducting substantive planning for other assigned tasks, it is important to know whether the "urgent" messaging missions should Are there any significant relationships between the sheriffs and checkpoints? The statistical population of this study was 1464 of all Kop employees in Lorestan province in the first half of 2007 and the sample population was 311 which was obtained by Cochran formula. The research method was correlational and the data were collected through a combination of documentary and field methods through a reverse questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated using the opinion of law enforcement experts, supervisors, and counselors, as well as the reliability of each of the dimensions and questions related to variables of research hypotheses. Experts (a = 0.57) were higher (Hume 2005: 89), which is calculated as 0.76. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and data analysis was done in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics and according to the level of research variables Spearman, Pearson correlation coefficients, parametric statistical tests (analysis of variance, T-test). Nonparametric and multivariate regression analysis was used. The results of this study showed that: There is a significant relationship between the missions of System 110 with prediction, prevention, follow-up and confrontation in the sheriffs and outposts.
