چگونگی تعامل دافوس دانشگاه علوم انتظامی با مراکز علمی پژوهشی و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه |

هدف این تحقیق بررسی وضعیت موجود، ترسیم وضعیت مطلوب تعامل علمی دافوس دانشگاه علوم انتظامی با مراکز علمی پِژوهشی و همچنین شناسایی فرآیند چگونگی تعامل مورد نیاز به منظور ارائه راهکارهای بهینه ارتقاء و بهبود فعالیت‌های تعاملی علمی پِژوهشی دافوس دانشگاه علوم انتظامی است. این تحقیق از لحاظ ماهیت کاربردی است و به روش توصیفی - پیمایشی انجام شده است. در این تحقیق سعی شده است ضمن ارائه سبک‌های مختلف همکاری، ارتباطات و تعامل علمی به خصوص روابط بین‌سازمانی و ارزیابی وضعیت موجود دافوس، از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته و استفاده از نظرات تخصصی کارشناسان و مدیران آموزشی و پژوهشی رده‌های مختلف دافوس، دانشگاه و ناجا روش‌های مختلف تعاملی علمی دانشگاه‌ها، مؤسسات و مراکز علمی پژوهشی ارزیابی و راهکارهای بهینه‌ای برای ارتقاء و بهبود (نیل به وضع مطلوب) تعامل علمی دافوس دانشگاه علوم انتظامی، با مراکز علمی پِژوهشی در قلمروهای موصوف ارائه گردد. راهکار محوری این تحقیق این است که باید با ایجاد فضای مساعد ؛ فرهنگ‌سازی مناسب جهت ارتقاء سطح تعامل به خصوص در زمینه‌های علمی آموزشی و پژوهشی و استفاده از تئوری‌های مختلف مدیریتی و سایر سازوکار تعاملی به سمت رشد و تعالی سازمانی و فردی حرکت نماییم و دافوس دانشگاه علوم انتظامی را به وضعیت مطلوب خود که یک سازمان یادگیرنده می‌باشد، رهنمون‌سازیم. |

How Dafos University of Medical Sciences interacts with scientific research centers and provides optimal solutions |

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of Dafos University of Forensic Sciences' scientific interaction with scientific research centers as well as identify the process of interaction required to provide optimal solutions to enhance and improve Dafos University of Forensic Science's interactive research activities. This research is applied in nature and has been done by descriptive survey method. In this research, we have tried to present different styles of collaboration, communication and scientific interaction, especially inter-organizational relationships and evaluation of the current Dafus status, by distributing a self-administered questionnaire and utilizing expert opinions of non-Dafus educational and research experts and managers. Various scientific interactions of universities, institutes and scientific research centers are evaluated and optimal solutions are provided to enhance and improve (achieve the desired state) the scientific interaction of Dafus Police University with scientific research centers in the aforementioned areas. The key strategy of this research is to create a conducive environment conducive to promoting interoperability, especially in the fields of science, education, research, and the use of various management theories and other interactive mechanisms to move toward organizational and personal growth and excellence. Guide the discipline to our desirable status as a learning organization. |
