بررسی نقش فناوری اطلاعات در بهبود آموزش دانشگاه علوم انتظامی |

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به حجم گسترده مسئولیت‌ها و فعالیت‌های هر سازمان، بدون اتکا به آموزش‌های مستمر، رشد کمّی و کیفی نیروی انسانی آن سازمان در جهت انجام مؤثر مأموریت‌ها و خدمات، حاصل نمی‌گردد؛ خصوصاً در عصر رقابتی حاضر که عدم بهره‌گیری مؤثر از فناوری اطلاعات، باعث پیشی گرفتن رقبا می‌گردد. یکی از حوزه‌هایی که با بهره‌گیری از فناوری اطلاعات، دچار تحول بنیادین‌شده است، حوزه آموزش است. با توجه به نقش اساسی فناوری اطلاعات در ابعاد مختلف آموزش مانند آموزش مجازی، بهینه‌سازی انجام امور مختلف آموزش، سازمان‌ها با بهره‌گیری از فناوری اطلاعات، امکان اجراء مؤثر آموزش‌ها و انجام مؤثر فرآیندهای مختلف آموزشی به منظور تحقق اهداف سازمان را خواهند داشت. هدف تحقیق بررسی نقش فناوری اطلاعات در بهبود آموزش در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی است. روش: این تحقیق کاربردی و به روش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری آن کارکنان مطلع در امر آموزش دانشگاه علوم انتظامی با نمونه 144 نفر در سال 1386 می‌باشد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه، که روایی و پایایی (892/0=α) آن تأیید گردید، گرد‌آوری و با استفاده از آزمون تی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: فناوری اطلاعات در طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا، یادگیری، ارزشیابی آموزشی و ساختار آموزش نقش مؤثری دارد و دانشگاه علوم انتظامی باید در این زمینه با برنامه‌ریزی مناسب بستر مناسبی را برای به‌کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات در آموزش فراهم سازد. نتیجه‌گیری: مهم‌ترین نقش این تحقیق روشن‌سازی تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر کارکردهای مختلف آموزش می‌باشد. دانشگاه علوم انتظامی می‌تواند با تشکیل گروه‌های کاری متخصص امور آموزش و فناوری اطلاعات موجبات شکوفایی آموزش را با به‌کارگیری مؤثر فناوری اطلاعات، فراهم سازند. |

The Role of Information Technology (IT) in Improving Training in IRI Police University |

Background and Objective: With respect to the huge volume of responsibilities and activities of every organization, qualitative and quantitative growth of human resources in an organization in line with performing its missions and offering service not realized unless organizations rely on continuous trainings. Therefore, not benefiting from information technology (IT), especially at present competitive era may lead competitors over take. One of the domains which have changed fundamentally through benefiting from IT is "training". With respect to the critical role of IT in various dimensions of training such as virtual training and optimizing implementation of various affairs of training, organizations may be able to implement training courses and various training processes effectively through benefiting from IT, to realize the organization's objectives. The present research aims at reviewing the role of IT in improving training in IRI Police University (IRIPU). Method: The present applied research, was conducted through a descriptive-survey type. The statistical society was 144 staff at IRIPU who were acquainted with training affairs in 2007. The data was gathered through using a questionnaire. Reliability and validity (α=0.892) of the questionnaire was approved. The data was assessed through using t test. Findings: The results of the analysis of the data indicated that IT has an effective role in designing and planning, implementing, learning, assessment of the training courses and training structure. Therefore, in this respect while planning properly, IRIPU should pave ground for utilizing IT in training. Conclusion: The most prominent role of the present research is clarifying the impact of IT on various performances of training. Therefore, IRIPU as the premium training organ of IRI Police force, in accompany with other higher education institutes may pave ground for cultivation of training through applying IT effectively. This can be materialized through establishing working groups comprised of education and IT experts. |
