ارتباط ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی بر رضایتمندی بیماران بستری از ارائه خدمات در درمانگاه‌های بیمارستان‌های نظامی |

زمینه و هدف: امروزه اهمیت رضایت بیماران و نقش محوری آنان در ارتقاء مراکز ارائه دهنده خدمات سلامت، به خوبی آشکار است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی سطح رضایتمندی بیماران بستری در تعدادی از بیمارستان‌های عمومی کشور و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام شد. روش: در مطالعه توصیفی - مقطعی حاضر 600 بیمار بستری از شش بیمارستان نظامی در سطح کشور در سه ماهه سوم سال 1386 به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. به دنبال ترخیص، چک‌لیستی حاوی اطلاعات پایه و پرسشنامه ارزیابی سطح رضایتمندی بیماران، در هشت بخش خدمات پزشکی، خدمات پرستاری، برخورد پرستاران، وضعیت تغذیه، امکانات رفاهی، خدمات پذیرش، ترخیص و حسابداری از تمامی بیماران تکمیل گردید. یافته‌ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره کلی رضایتمندی از ارائه خدمات بیمارستانی(10)83 بود. اختلاف آماری معناداری میان نمرات رضایتمندی در بخش‌های مختلف ارائه خدمات بیمارستانی مشاهده شد(001/0>p). در آزمون post hoc، رضایت از نحوه ارائه خدمات پزشکی در مقایسه با برخورد پرستاران(004/0=p)، تغذیه(001/0>p)، امکانات رفاهی (001/0=p)، خدمات پذیرش(027/0=p)، ترخیص(001/0>p) و حسابداری (019/0=p)، به میزان معنادار آماری بیشتر بود. سایر زمینه‌ها اختلاف آماری معناداری نشان ندادند(05/0p) و بیماران برخوردار از پوشش بیمه (006/0=p) به میزان معناداری مطلوب‌تر از سایرین بود. نتیجه گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر بیانگر رضایتمندی مطلوب بیماران بستری، از نحوه ارائه خدمات درمانی در بیمارستان‌های نقاط مختلف کشور بود که می‌تواند به‌عنوان منبع مناسبی جهت ارتقاء مراکز خدمات بیمارستانی، مورد استفاده مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران قرار گیرد. |

The Impact of Demographic Characteristics on Patients’ Satisfaction Level with Hospital Care Services In Selected Military Hospitals’ Clinics |

Background & Objective: Nowadays, the importance of patient's satisfaction with health care services and its pivotal role in promoting the quality of services by health care provider centers is absolutely obvious. The present study aims at reviewing the satisfaction level of inpatients in selected military hospitals in Iran and its related factors. Method: In the present cross-sectional descriptive study, which was conducted in six military hospitals located in the various geographical regions of Iran in the fourth quarter of 2008, six hundred patients were randomly selected from among people who admitted in these hospitals. Following the patients' discharge, a checklist and a patient's satisfaction questionnaire were completed for each patient. The questionnaire assesses the level of patient's satisfaction in eight domains: physicians' services, nursing services, nurses' attitude, nutritional condition, welfare facilities, reception services, discharge and accounting services. Findings: Mean (Standard Deviation) of total satisfaction score was 83 (10). There was a significant difference among satisfaction scores of various hospital health services (p< 0.001). In post hoc tests, the physician services score was significantly higher than that of nurses approach (p=0.004), the nutritional condition (p< 0.001), the welfare facilities (p=0.001), the reception services (p=0.027), the discharge services (p< 0.001) and the accounting services scores (p=0.019). Other subscales score had no significant differences (p>0.05). The total satisfaction score were significantly higher in males (p< 0.001) and in patients with various insurance types than others (p< 0.005). Conclusion: The present findings indicated inpatients' desired satisfaction level with medical services in the military hospitals all over the country. The findings can be utilized for improvement of hospital health care services by principals and policy makers of health care systems. |
