زمینه و هدف: هماهنگی ساختار با فناوری از جمله عواملی هستند که می‌تواند در بهبود عملکرد مؤثر باشد. به همین منظور، تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی فناوری موجود در معاونت آموزش دانشگاه علوم انتظامی و بررسی تأثیر هماهنگی ساختار با فناوری بر عملکرد آن معاونت در سال 1389 به منظور ارائه یک ساختار مناسب در معاونت آموزش انجام شده است. این هماهنگی و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد در قالب 4 فرضیه پژوهشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش: نوع تحقیق، کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی ـ پیمایشی بود. به منظور بررسی فرضیه‌ها، کلیه کارکنان معاونت آموزش دانشگاه علوم انتظامی در تحقیق شرکت داده شده و از طریق پرسشنامه در قالب 20 سوال، داده‌های لازم جمع‌آوری و پس از توصیف، رابطه متغیرها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. سوالات پرسشنامه با استفاده از سوالات استاندارد، تدوین و با استفاده از نظر کارشناسان، روایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد (79/0= α). یافته‌ها: نتیجه تحقیق نشان داد بین فناوری و ساختار سازمانی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و فناوری موجود، فناوری پیچیده است که ساختار مناسب با آن ساختار بسیار ارگانیک می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: برای داشتن عملکرد مطلوب با فناوری موجود، ساختار بسیار ارگانیک مناسب می‌باشد و در این راستا، پیشنهادهایی نیز ارائه شد. |

Background and Objective: Coordinating structure with technology is among factors which can contribute to important of effective performance. In line with this, the present research aims at reviewing the existing technology in IRI Police University (IRIPU) Education and Training division and reviewing the impact of coordination of structure with technology on performance of education and training division of IRIPU in 2010 in order to provide a proper structure in education and training division. The aforesaid coordination and its impact on performance reviewed in the framework of 4 research hypotheses. Method: The research is of applied type and is conducted using descriptive ـsurvey method. To review the hypotheses, all the personnel of IRIPU education and training division got involved in the research. The required data was collected through questionnaire containing 20 questions. The data collected and after being described, variables relation reviewed and analyzed through using Pearson correlation coefficient. Standard question used for developing questionnaire and its reliability confirmed by experts' comments. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient used for evaluating reliability of the questionnaire (a= 0.97). Findings: Results of the research indicated that there is significant relationship between technology and organizational structure. The existing technology is a complicated technology, and very organic structure is the type of structure complying with it. Conclusion: Very organic structure is required for having desirable performance with existing technology, and some recommendations are offered in line with this. |
