عنوان فارسی بررسی تأثیر یکپارچگی در بهره‌وری سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی (با تأکید بر الگوی تعالی سازمانی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: ناهماهنگی در موضوع امنیت و جزیره‌‌ای عمل‌‌کردن سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی خسارت‌های جبران‌ناپذیری برای نظام دارد. فرماندهی معظم‌‌کل‌‌قوا(مدظلّه‌العالی) در بیانات مکرر خویش جامعه‌‌اطلاعاتی را به یکپارچگی فرا‌‌خوانده است. همچنین سند تحول راهبردی سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی نیز به صراحت به یکپارچگی به عنوان قابلیتی حیاتی و سرچشمه همیشگی برای مزیت رقابتی سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی و مقابله با هدف‌ها و راهبردهای دشمن اشاره می‌کند؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف احصاء و اولویت‌‌بندی عوامل مؤثر در یکپارچگی بین دستگاه‌‌های اطلاعاتی و افزایش بهره‌‌وری بین آنهاست. روش‌شناسی‌: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی و پیمایشی است. جامعه ‌‌آماری در این پژوهش 300 نفر از خبرگان یکی از سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی بوده که دارای سابقه خدمتی 13 سال به بالا و مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی ارشد و بالاتر بودند. نمونه مورد بررسی در فرمول کوکران با اطمینان 95 درصد تعداد 75 نفر تعیین شد و از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شده است. درخصوص روایی پرسش‌نامه با چند تن از استادان مجرب دانشگاه بحث و تبادل نظر گردید که سرانجام از 51 سؤال تخصصی طراحی شده، 27 سؤال مورد تأیید قرارگرفت. و پرسش‌نامه توزیع گردید. برای سنجش پایایی پرسش‌نامه از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است براساس این روش، با یک مطالعه مقدماتی 11  نفر از افراد جامعه مورد بررسی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری s‏pss میزان پایایی سؤال‌های پرسش‌نامه 918/0 به‌دست آمد. پرسش‌نامه به‌طور تصادفی ساده بین خبرگان توزیع گردید که از 75 عدد پرسش‌نامه توزیع شده، تعداد 73 عدد بازگردانده شد. علاوه بر توزیع پرسش‌نامه از روش اسنادی و کتابخانه‌‌ای نیز استفاده شده‌‌است. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌‌ها از آمار استنباطی و آزمون کولموگروف ـ اسمیرونف برای بررسی نرمال‌بودن انجام گرفت که منجر به آزمونT تک گروهی شده‌‌است. این‌‌کار با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و رسم جدول‌ها توزیع فراوانی و نمودارها به بررسی جمعیت‌شناختی نمونه آماری پژوهش پرداخته ‌‌است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: اطلاعات به‌دست آمده از تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیه‌‌های پژوهش، حاکی از آن است که در سطح اطمینان95 درصد فرضیه‌‌های فرعی پژوهش مورد تأئید قرارگرفته‌‌است در نتیجه فرضیه اصلی پژوهش نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. به عبارتی یکپارچگی در رهبری، تدوین و تصویب تدابیر و سیاست‌‌های راهبردی، تدوین  قوانین و مقررات، برنامه‌‌ریزی منابع ‌‌انسانی، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و استفاده از سامانه‌‌های مشترک، فرهنگ‌‌ سازمانی، اجرای به‌موقع دستور سلسله مراتب فرماندهی در بهره‌وری سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی مؤثر است و باعث افزایش آن است

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Impact of Integration on the Productivity of Intelligence Agencies (With an Emphasis on the Excellence Model)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aims: Inconsistency in the security and island affairs of the operation of intelligence agencies is damaging to the system.The Supreme Command of the Armed Forces in their statements has repeatedly called to integrate the intelligence agencies. Also, the document on the strategic development of the territories explicitly points to integrity as a vital resource and a permanent source for the competitive advantage of the territories and to counteract the goals and strategies of the enemy. Therefore, the present study aims to identify and prioritize effective factors in the integration of intelligenceagencies and increase productivity between them. Method: The present study is a descriptive and survey study. The population of this study was 300 experts of the intelligence agencies with 13 years of service and masters degrees and higher education. The sample was 75% confident in the Cochran formula. A simple random sampling method was used. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated based on the experts' opinion of the factual and content validity of the scales. Finally, out of 51 specialized questions, 27 questions were approved. The questionnaire was distributed. The reliability of the questionnaire was used by Cronbach's alpha test. Based on this method, a preliminary study was conducted on 11 people in the community and the reliability of the questionnaire was 918% using SPSS software. The questionnaire was distributed randomly among the intelligence experts in Tehran and west of Tehran province. Of the 75 distributed questionnaires, 73 were returned. In addition to the distribution of the questionnaire, the documentary and library method was also used. In the analysis data and hypothesis testing were conducted using inferential statistics and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normalization, which resulted in a single-group T test. This was done using SPSS statistical software. Descriptive statistics and drawing of frequency distribution tables and charts are used to analyze the demographic characteristics of the research sample. Findings and Conclusion: The information obtained from the analysis of the research hypotheses indicates that 95% of the research hypotheses were confirmed at the 95% confidence level and, as a result, the main hypothesis of the research was confirmed. In other words, integrity in leadership, the formulation and adoption of strategic measures, the formulation of laws and regulations, resource planning, information and communication technology and the use of joint systems, organizational culture, the timely implementation of the orders of the hierarchy of command It is effective in the efficiency of intelligence agencies.
