عوامل مؤثر بر میزان عملکرد کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی شهرستان کرج |

کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی مهم‌ترین و اساسی‌ترین یگان‌های اجرایی نیروی انتظامی و مسئول برقراری نظم و امنیت در سطح کشوری می‌باشند. از آنجایی که عملکرد خوب، قاطع و مقتدرانه کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌ها می‌تواند بستر تحقیق، رسیدگی و بهره‌برداری‌های سایر یگان‌ها را نیز به همراه داشته باشد و از طرف دیگر میزان نفوذ، اقتدار و عملکرد مؤثر پلیس به عنوان نمادی از قدرت حاکم تأثیرات بسزایی در امنیت و احساس امنیت جامعه و روابط اجتماعی دارد، بنابراین بررسی عملکرد آنها بسیار مهم و ضروری است. در این مطالعه به شناسایی عوامل مرتبط بر عملکرد کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی پرداخته شده است. به همین منظور عملکرد کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی از پنج بعد: ساختار سازمانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، سیستم فناوری، سیستم پاداش و سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه خودساخته پیرامون پنج بُعد مورد نظر در پژوهش (39/0=) بین 84 نفر از کارکنان کلانتری و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی شهرستان کرج به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری (39/0=) تصادفی خوشه‌ای جمع‌آوری گردید. وجود رابطه بین 5 عامل بررسی شده عنوان شده و عملکرد کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی را تأیید کردند. همچنین مشخص شد که کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی شهرستان کرج در ابعاد فوق و همچنین عملکرد از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار نمی‌باشند. |

Factors Affecting Police Performance in Karaj District Police Departments |

The police stations and police stations are the most important and essential units of law enforcement and responsible for maintaining order and security at the national level. Whereas the good, decisive and authoritative functioning of the police stations and outposts can also provide the basis for the investigation, investigation and exploitation of other units, and on the other hand, the degree of effective police influence, authority and performance as a symbol of the dominant power of effective influence. They have a sense of community security and social relationships, so it is important to check their performance. This study identifies the factors that influence the function of police stations and police stations. For this purpose, the function of police stations and police stations was evaluated from five dimensions: organizational structure, organizational culture, technology system, reward system and performance evaluation system.The research data were collected through a self-made questionnaire about five dimensions of the research (= = 0.39) among 84 police officers and police stations of Karaj city using random cluster sampling (= = 0.39). The existence of a relationship between the five factors considered and confirmed the function of the police stations and police stations. It was also found out that the police stations and police stations in Karaj were not in a good position in the above dimensions and in terms of performance. |
