عنوان فارسی گذری به سرقت علمی و شناخت مهمترین نرم‌افزارهای تشخیص و پیشگیری
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، آشنایی با سرقت علمی و معتبرترین نرم­افزارهای داخلی و خارجی به منظور پیشگیری از این فعالیت مجرمانه می­باشد. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر، سندی یا کتابخانه­ای است و با رویکرد مروری متون و اسناد در این زمینه را مورد بررسی قرار می­دهد. یافته­های پژوهش: بر مبنای یافته­های پژوهش، سرقت علمی فعالیتی غیراخلاقی و مجرمانه بوده و مشمول مجازات­های قانونی می­باشد. همچنین به منظور شناسایی و پیشگیری از ارتکاب تخلف علمی نرم­افزارهایی طراحی گردیده که دارای انواع داخلی و خارجی می­باشد. بر این اساس،  Duplichecker، PaperRater، Smallseotools، CopyLeaks، CopyEscape، Grammerly، Plagiarisma، Plagiarism Check، PlagScan، Unichek، PlagTracker، Eve2، Writecheck،Turnitinمهمترین نرم­افزارهای خارجی و سامانه مهتاب، نرم­افزار مشابه­یاب احادیث و روایات، سامانه همانندجو، سامانه همتاجو و سامانه مشابهت­یاب مقالات (سمیم نور) مهمترین نرم­افزارهای داخلی در این زمینه می­باشند. همچنین بر اساس مطالعات محققان Turnitin معتبرترین نرم­افزار سرقت علمی می­باشد. نتیجه­گیری: آموزش و تولید محتواهای آموزشی هم در زمینه شناخت و پیشگیری از سرقت علمی شامل آموزش در زمینه فرایند پژوهش، استناددهی، ابزارها و منابع پژوهش و هم در زمینه شناخت نرم­افزارهای سرقت علمی می­تواند بعنوان عاملی کنترل­کننده بسیار حائز اهمیت بوده و تا حد زیادی میزان سرقت علمی را کاهش دهد. همچنین اعمال مجازات و برشمردن جرایم برای افراد خاطی و متخلف هم از سوی موسساتی مانند دانشگاه­ها و مراکز آموزشی و پژوهشی و نشریات مختلف و هم از سوی مسئولان دولتی برای مبارزه با این پدیده غیراخلاقی عامل کنترل­کننده مهم دیگری است که می­بایست مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: This Research is intended to get familiar with plagiarism and the most authoritative indigenous and foreign-made software to prevent this criminal activity. Research Method: The method of the present research is document-based or library-based and it investigates documents and texts with a review approach. Research Findings: Based on the findings of this research, plagiarism is an unethical and criminal activity and is subject to legal punishment. Moreover, in order to detect and prevent the commitment of the scientific violation, some software has been designed which has different kinds of indigenously-made and also foreign-made software. Accordingly, the most important foreign-made software includesDuplichecker، PaperRater، Smallseotools، CopyLeaks، CopyEscape، Grammerly، Plagiarisma، Plagiarism Check، PlagScan، Unichek، PlagTracker، Eve2، Writecheck، Turnitin and the most important indigenously –made software includes Mahtab System, Tradition and Narration Similar Finder Software, Identical Finder System, Similarity Articles Finder system (Samim Nour). Moreover, according to Turnitin researchers' studies, these are among the most authoritative plagiarism software in the fields of recognizing and preventing plagiarism Conclusion: Training and producing training curricula in the fields of recognition and prevention of plagiarism including training on research, citation, tools and research sources and also in the fields of recognizing plagiarism software can be important as a control factor and will somewhat mitigate plagiarism. Enforcing punishment and stating fines for perpetrators by institutes such as universities, training and research centers and different publications and also by government officials to combat the unethical phenomenon is considered as another control factor which should be taken into considerations.
