هدف: چابکی یکی از مفاهیم اساسی و تاثیر‌گذار در افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی عملیاتی یک سازمان محسوب می‌شود. با این توصیف تحقیق حاضر در نظر دارد ضمن بهره‌گیری از مدل‌های چابک‌سازی، عوامل تأثیر‌گذار بر چابکی سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات ناجا را بررسی و راهکارهای عملی چابک‌سازی سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات را ارائه نماید. روش: این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای توصیفی - تحلیلی است. در این راستا، 144 از نفر کارشناسان و مدیران نگهداری و تعمیرات ناجا به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و پس از‌شناسایی عوامل و مولفه‌های اصلی، پرسش نامه تحقیق بر آن اساس تهیه، توزیع و جمع‌آوری شد. پس از ورود داده‌های حاصله در نرم افزار و تست نرمال بودن داده‌ها، تاثیر مولفه‌های‌شناسایی شده بر چابک‌سازی نت با استفاده از آزمون‌های پارامتریک T تک نمونه‌ای و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی برای پاسخ به فرضیه‌های تحقیق مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری و یافته‌ها: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد که عوامل مؤثر بر چابک‌سازی سیستم نت ناجا عبارتند از: عوامل انسانی، راهبردی، فناورانه و سازمانی. |

Objective: The agility is one of the essential concepts and effective on increasing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of each organization. The extant paper titled studying the factors affecting agilization of maintenance and repair system including an essential objective intends to benefit from agilization models and study the factors effective on the agility of maintenance and repair system of NAJA and present the practical course of actions for agilization of maintenance and repair system. Methodology: This research is a descriptive-analytical study. For this purpose, 144 experts and managers of NAJA maintenance and repair dept were selected via random sampling method and after identification of main factors and elements, the questionnaire was provided on this ground, distributed and collected. After inputting the data into the software and testing the data normality, the effect of identified elements on the net agilization was assessed by single sample T parametric tests and confirmatory factor analysis for answering the research hypotheses. Findings and Conclusion: The results of data analysis indicate that the factors affecting NAJA net system agilization include human, strategic, technologic and organizational factors. |
