Context and objective: The extant paper has been applied with the objective of identifying the factors forming the competencies of Payame Noor University's managers in Tehran Province and specifying the number of questions related to each one of factors, priority of factors and said indices and ultimately presenting an appropriate model for the managers' competencies. Methodology: the extant research is descriptive and its methodology is exploratory factor analysis. The sampling group is consisted of all employees of Payame Noor University of Tehran Province that according to the convenience sampling method and sample size determination formula 86 samples were selected. The assessment instrument is questionnaire by means of which the managers' competencies were assessed by their employees and ultimately, factor analysis test of main elements analysis type was analyzed. Findings: The primary output indicates that the correlation matrix determinant 0.00007 is a nonzero number and KMO is equal to 0.897, and result of Bartlett Kroit test equal to 27272/971 is significant statistically within the range lower than 0.00001. In the final output, 16 factors extracted by PC method were circulated by means of varimax style and total materials correlated to a factor jointly and formed a test. Conclusion: Altogether, according to factor analysis implementation of 16 factors: 1- Understanding individual differences, 2- change management, 3- financial management, 4- team building, 5- crisis management, 6- understand the organization's mission, 7- identifying the organizational realities, 8- continuous learning, 9- human resources management, 10- planning, 11- partnership seeking, 12- customer orientation, 13- technical skill, 14- constancy, 15- considering the organizational benefits, 16- determining the challenge purposes for competences of considered managers. |
