کاربست تفکر سازمانی در تصویرپردازی از مختصات سازمان ایثارگر مبتنی بر رویکرد اسلامی |

زمینه و هدف: تاکید بر عقلانیت ابزاری و مغفول ماندن عقلانیت جوهری در سازمان‌ها، موجب شده است که در عصر کنونی، بقاء به مهمترین دغدغه و هدف سازمان‌ها تبدیل گردد و آن‌ها را به سیستم‌های اجتماعی منفعلی مبدّل سازد که خود را با محیط تطبیق می‌دهند تا باقی بمانند. در این نوشتار، با امعان نظر به این آگزیوم مشکل‌آفرین (میل بقاء ماده)، تلاش شده است با گذر از روش صرفا تجربی و استقرایی و با رجوع به منابع دیگر شناخت، نظیر وحی و بهره‌گیری از عقلانیت جوهری، به تبیین مفهوم ایثار پرداخته و تصویری بصیرت‌بخش از سازمان‌های مبتنی بر آن ترسیم گردد. روش: این پژوهش از حیث جهت‌گیری، بنیادی، و بر مبنای اهداف، اکتشافی است. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع تحلیل محتواست. در نهایت، جهت آزمون نتایج، ویژگی‌های ضروری مستخرج برای اتصاف به صفت ایثارگری، به خبرگان ارائه شد و در چارچوب روش دلفی فازی، از آن‌ها کسب نظر گردید. یافته: آنچیزی که وجه تمایز سازمان‌های ایثارگر از سازمان‌های دیگر است، نوع هستیشناسی و جهانبینی حاکم بر آن‌هاست. سازمان‌ها بسیاری از صفات و ویژگی‌های خود را وام‌دار صفات و ویژگی‌های انسانی هستند؛ در این میان، انگاره سازمان ایثارگر، با بهره‌گیری از مبانی اعتقادی متفاوت از سازمان‌های روزمره کنونی، می‌تواند در جامعه نقش برجسته‌ای ایفا کرده و جامعه انسانی را در دستیابی به اهداف اصیل خود یاری رساند. نتیجه‌گیری: با امعان نظر به ویژگی‌های تصویرشده‌ی سازمان‌های ایثارگر و پیامدهای مطلوب مادی و معنوی آن؛ به نظر می‌آید که می‌توان این انگاره را به عنوان سازمان‌های مطلوب در فرهنگ‌های توحیدی پذیرفت و با توجه به پست‌مدرنیسم حاکم بر فضای علمی، آن را به عنوان نظریه‌ای فرازمانی و فرامکانی ترویج کرد چرا که این تحقیق با اعتقاد بر این گزاره صورت گرفته است که بیان و ترویج انگاره سازمان ایثارگر، به توسعه معنویت و اخلاق در فضای بین سازمانی جامعه کمک می‌کند. |

Organizational thought application in imagery of devotee organization coordinates based on Islamic approach |

Background: Focus on instrumental rationality and neglecting from natural rationality in organizations caused in the current age, the survival to be assumed as the most important concern and goal of organizations and change them to the passive social systems that adapt themselves to the environment to survive. In this paper, considering this problematic axiom (material survival tendency), we attempted to go through the merely experimental and deductive method and referring to the other recognition resources such as revelation and benefitting from natural to explain the concept of devotion and draw an insightful image of organizations on this ground. Method: With respect to the orientation, this study is basic and exploratory based on objective. Descriptive-analytical method has been used and the contents are analyzed. Ultimately, to test the results, the necessary extracted characteristics were submitted to the experts in order to attribute to the devotion trait and their opinions were taken based on fuzzy Delphi method. Results: Ontology and worldview of devotee organizations distinguish them from other organizations. Plenty of organizations' traits and characteristics are dependent to the human traits and characteristics. In the meantime, the assumption of devotee organization benefitting from ideological fundamentals different from current routine organizations may have a prominent role in the society and aids the human society to achieve its authentic goals. Conclusion: Considering the imaged characteristics of devotee organizations and its material and intellectual appropriate consequences, this assumption seems to be accepted as the appropriate organizations in monotheistic cultures and considering the postmodernism ruling on the academic environment, it may be promoted as theory beyond time and place, because this study has been applied based on this predication that explanation and promotion of devotee organization's assumption helps the development of intellectuality and moral in the interorganziational environment of society. |
