بررسی عوامل مؤثر برکارآیی طرح برخورد با مسافربران شخصی |

با توجه به افزایش وسایل نقلیه شخصی در شهر مشهد و مشکلاتی که در این راستا به‌وجود می‌آید، تحقیقی صورت گرفته است که به بررسی عوامل مؤثر به کارآیی طرحهای برخورد با مسافربران شخصی میپردازد. بنابراین مسئله اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر کارآیی طرح ترافیکی در شهر مشهد با تأکید بر طرح برخورد با مسافربران شخصی است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، شناسایی و تبیین عوامل مؤثر کارآیی طرح برخورد با مسافربران شخصی در شهر مشهد است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش‌های کمی گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی- تبیینی از نوع پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری آن را رانندگان مسافربر شخصی شهر مشهد تشکیل میدهند که به شیوههای نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای و منظم تعداد 321 نفر انتخاب و از طریق ابزار پرسش‌نامه‌ای که محقق ساخته است، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که نحوه اجرای مقررات ترافیکی، اطلاع‌رسانی به‌موقع و کافی، نحوه تعامل پلیس با رانندگان مسافربر شخصی، التزام عملی رانندگان به اجرای طرح و قوانین و مقررات راهنمایی و رانندگی و نقش سازمانهای مؤثر و مسؤل در اجرای طرح برخورد با مسافربران شخصی، نقش مؤثری در کارآیی طرح برخورد با مسافربران شخصی در شهر مشهد دارد. |

Investigating the Factors Affecting the Performance of the Personal Passenger Cabs |

Due to the increasing number of personal vehicles in Mashhad and the problems that arise in this regard, a study has been conducted to investigate the factors affecting the efficiency of personal passenger car plans. Therefore, the main issue of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the efficiency of traffic planning in Mashhad with emphasis on the plan of dealing with personal passengers. The main purpose of this research is to identify and explain the effective factors of the plan of dealing with personal passengers in Mashhad. The research method of this research is applied, in terms of purpose, and in terms of quantitative methods of data collection, it is a descriptive-explanatory survey. As many as 321 individuals were selected and evaluated using a questionnaire developed by the researcher. The results of this study show how traffic regulations are implemented, timely and sufficient information, how police interact with personal passenger drivers, drivers' practical commitment to the plan and rules and regulations, and the role of effective and responsible agencies in the implementation of the plan. Dealing with personal travelers plays an important role in the effectiveness of the plan for dealing with personal travelers in Mashhad. |
